Terrible, the worst experience. Hotel staff asked my Fiance with an 7 month old infant if she needed help with her luggage.. Very incompetent staff. Also, the room was the worst no A/C, and fowl odor in the room, never brought water to room for infant as requested, due to the room being so Hot.

The room had an ac system that did not function properly. One of the lights in the bathroom did not work. Articles of the prior client were still in the room. Charged double for breakfast until concierge rectified the bill.

I visited for business in Turkey so it was okay to stay and have meetings. But if you want to go city center, it will take an hour because of traffic. Staff are nice and helpful. Also one of good thing is about hotel is free wifi. But It was disconnected very often.

I selected this hotel because it had a swimming pool. I was coming from Iraq where I live and I needed to swim and get exercise. It's a typical business hotel but inferior to the ones we stayed in France in terms of the inhouse facilities. Dining facilities in the hotel as well as in the vicinity are quite inadequate. It may be acceptable for business travellers coming for a meeting with local collegues but not for tourists.

This hotel was very convenient to the airport and provided good shuttle service. But it really caters only to business people and not travellers. The only restaurant and bar were extremely expensive in a country that is generally not expensive and there was nowhere else to eat nearby.

The Hotel is more than a kilometer from the airport. The taxi ride is about 10 TL ($7). It is Ok but by no means a 5 star hotel for USA standards. It is convenient if you need a short stay to take a flight to the airport.

Cheap looking IKEA style uncomfortable furniture, ugly modern colors, and very small rooms and a 20" LCD screen TV to watch the World Cup games. Airplanes noise and nearby mosque made sleeping at night a challenge. We didn't really stay long enough to visit the neighbourhood as it was a stop-over only. The only obvious problem with this hotel was finding the shuttle service for it. Someone at the ariport Information indicated it would be on the "other side of the autopark at the international location" but there were a lot of buses lining up along a very long […] line and we kept walking back and forth for almost an hour so that we woudn't miss it. Perhaps Radisson should put a small map on the reservation info to let patrons know exactly where to get the free shuttle at the airport. Free Shuttle Bus to and from Istanbul International Airport though not necessarily easy to find it as it is not clearly signposted (unlike other Hotel Shuttle buses) and stops outside Entrance A of International Arrivals and not Entrance B like others. This Radisson Blu Hotel has all the appearance of a nice hotel. The entrance way is very appealing. However the layout of the hotel is confusing and the atmosphere of the hotel is without character. The internet connection was dis-connected more than once and this guest lost all information they had been writing. A shuttle bus to the airport is described, but leaves only once per hour from the hotel with no indication to guests about the departure times. A loud freeway is in front of the hotel. Old Hotel with nice designed and appealing lobby. Located at a very busy main road but relatively near to the airport. The minibar’s were empty in both rooms. Staff and receptionist didn’t know why. Ordered a drink and some snacks at 21:30 to the room. After three reminders by phone and 1.5 hours later I still didn’t receive the drinks and food. I finally went out and found a shop behind the hotel.
