Foi minha terceira estada neste hotel. Nas duas primeiras, tudo ótimo. Muita coisa me agradou no Novotel, mas o que mais me chamou a atenção foi a maravilhosa piscina coberta e aquecida, agradável mesmo no auge do inverno. Desta vez uma grande decepção: ela estava quase gelada, vários hóspedes reclamando, um deles veio com a neta exclusivamente para […] usufruir da piscina. Resultado: a menina de uns 3 ou 4 anos roxa de frio e o avô indignado. Os funcionários disseram que se o aquecimento fosse ligado não daria resultado imediato, e assim ficamos, sem uma explicação plausível. Recomendo que telefonem ao hotel antes de marcar e se informem se o aquecimento está normal. Read more
