"Wonderful stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Great room rate, cordial staff. Great restaurant and easy access to London for world business travellers.

The Corus was a good value for the money - especially after walking into some of the other private hotels in the area....the room was clean and spacious by European standards. The towels were a little worn as was the carpet and the upholstered furniture - but the bed had crisp linens and the bath was very clean. With little time spent in the room, I would consider staying there again for the price.

"Leaky sink. Dated bedspread and curtains"
Decent price for London in a very good location. Bathroom sink leaked onto towels stored underneath. Wouldn't stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location"
Walking distance from all the sights, nice hotel but a little pricey for what you getGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location, Location, Location"
There is no better location IMHO. Easy walk to the theater district, restaraunts, Charing Cross and Embankement tube stations just down the street.. Embankement Cafe at Embankement Gardens for a great English breakfast that is very reasonably priced. Staff is cheerful and happy to help you. Very comfortable beds (wish they would give you more than 2 […] pillows, though) . Clean rooms. Hair blower and full screen TV. Free fast wireless in your room. Safety includes requiring your room key to use elevator. You have to check the prices for your trip and often they have reduced prices. They have a self laundry you can use. There is a 24 hour grocery store on the way to Embankement station where you can get snacks or whatever you need. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect location but a bit noisy"
Great location, clean room, nice restaurant on premisesGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel but expensive breakfast."
We stayed at the Club Quarters - Trafalger Square over the weekend. It is centrally located and the rooms are very clean and modern. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as it was expensive (£19.95). We ate at the Garfunkle's a half a block away where they had a full English for £5.95.Genuine Expedia guest review
"The center of amazing places to visit"
I wanted to walk the city of London and Club Quarters Trafalgar Square was the perfect location for that. This hotel is in the center of all the sites I wanted to visit. I divided the city into sections and headed off in a different directione each day. The whole experience was wonderful!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel"
Nice place, friendly staff...definitely a winner...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent location, exceeded expectations"
Spent a week in London with my husband visiting our daughter. I chose this hotel based on previous positive experience in CQ in San Francisco and the location. This very pleasant hotel, steps away from Trafalgar Square, exceeded expectations! The room was actually larger than the one in San Francisco. The entry to the hotel is beautiful, our room and […] the bathroom were clean, comfortable and perfectly sized. We will absolutely stay again in this hotel on our next, soon-to-be stay in London! "Quite adequate"
It wasn't a big room, it wasn't a great room, but it was perfectly fine. The bed was a bit hard for my taste, and there was only a shower, not a bathtub, but it was a very convenient location. It was clean and perfectly adequate, though not memorable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"In the middle of London"
Great location. Good rooms. You can often get decent rates here at hotels.com which make it worth staying here. Good gym as well. I wouldn't mind staying here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent Location"
We booked at Club Quarters last minute, and were super suprised with the convienence of the location and the great hotel room for the rate.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lovely place and amazing location!"
Really enjoyed our stay - the location is amazing! Just off Trafalgar Square and so close to everything. Beautiful inside and out and really good service. Room was comfy and clean, nice to have AC and the window even opened! Only reason it wasn't a 5 overall for me was because I wasn't able to have breakfast - had to leave early and there wasn't an […] option to have anything earlier or to take away, but that's my only, and minimal, complaint! Well worth staying here. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect Location"
I couldn't have asked for a better location! It was walking distance to most of the major tourist sites in London. Buses & tubes were extremely convenient if you wanted to get around. The workers at the hotel were kind and helpful when needed. Having complimentary wifi was a huge plus, as I know some hotels in London can charge a fortune for wifi.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful hotel - perfect for Olympic adventure"
Wonderful hotel! I picked it randomly on Hotels.com the night before I left town. Arrived to find I could see (and hear) the Beach Volleyball venue and Big Ben. Could also see the Eye. Perfect choice for a last minute Olympic adventure. Double bonus: the marathon passed the hotel 4 times! Convenient to the tube, restaurants, tourist stuff. Very friendly […] staff. Clean and comfortable room. Would return on another trip, even without the Olympics! Highly recommend. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Location is great. Food is 20% more then other restaurants in the same block. Quite and super close for everything.Genuine Expedia guest review
"All that I Needed"
The hotel is unpretentious and in a prime location. It is walking distance to anything in the West End, Mayfair, Oxford Street. Also, right on the tube line so easily accessible. The rooms are well appointed but can be claustrophobic if on the side facing the next building. You actually look right into an apartment 5 feet away. "Club quarters great location"
I loved the hotel and its fabulous location; close to the Palace, Big Ben, The Westminster Abbey, Pickadilly square..all walkable and safe!!The people at the hotel were most accomodating as we needed an extra bed for a 3rd person; only 10 euros. Only negative was the air conditioning wasn't too good. It was a bit warm. It worked but didn't cool as much […] as i like. They did bring a fan so that helped. I would stay there again. "Stayed During the Olympics"
Im from America, and made a last minute trip to London for the Olympics. I found this hotel on hotel.com, and based on the prior reviews decided that it was in a great location, but the room would be a lil small. Beggers cant be choosers. I stayed here for a week, and found the place to be just perfect. Sure, it was a lil small, but not terrible for […] Europe standards. The location is off the hook. Close to various train stations, on the steps of Trafalgar square, close to Leicester Square/Piccadilly, and just a half block away from River Thames, were you get an amazing view of the London Eye at any time of day. I couldnt have asked for a better location for my London Trip. GO USA! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great hotel for location"
The bed was uncomfortable, and the wifi in the room was not particularly fast, but if your looking for an affordable hotel in the heart of the London shopping district, this place is it! The receptionist and concierge are incredibly helpful, the rooms are reasonably well appointed, and the place is affordable in comparison to many other London hotels. "Great Hotel :)"
The staff was EXCELLENT, without a doubt. Incredibly helpful when it came to finding bus tickets, ice cream shops, bus stops, and even provided umbrellas and reserved private taxi service for us. Toiletries, towels, and bedding were changed, restocked, and made daily. Room was actually cleaned and organized, like expected. I did notice some mildew on […] the underside of the "lip" at the shower floor, but otherwise, the room was very clean. A little tricky to find due to thinking it was directly across from Trafalgar Square, but once we located it, it was a sentch to get to. Close to Whitehall, in the financial district, not far from Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, "China town," Picadilly Circus, Oxford Street (shopping), metro stations, bus stops, or Buckingham Palace, really. Also near by are decent restaurants and a really GREAT pub, Clarence's down Whitehall. Overall, great hotel with excellent staff and quality room keeping! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Thumbs Up for This Hotel"
The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Bar in hotel was excellent. Staff was good. Location was great, as we were able to walk to almost all the major sites. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to others and I would certainly go back and stay here. Couple of things to consider which may be important to you: 1) They don't really have a concierge […] service so you are on your own with respect to outside activities, and 2) because it is right in the heart of Trafalgar Sq., there is always lots of activity, people, demonstrations, etc... going on all the time. Though you do not hear any of it from the room, you should consider that this area is very busy. Otherwise we loved this location, staff was great, rooms clean and reasonably priced. "Ideal Location at Reasonable Rate"
While the rooms aren't large by any means, this is more than made up for by the sensational location and relatively reasonable rates for a central London hotel. Literally 2 or 3 buildings from Nelson's Column, it's easy walking distance to Picadilly Circus, Covent Gardens, Oxford St, West End, Soho, Westminster, Buckingham Palace.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Near National Gallery"
Club Quarters and its "cookie-cutter" hotels are reliable. You know what you're going to get whether in DC, San Fran, NY, Chicago, or London. This particular hotel, however, had a little problem with keeping all 4 of its computers up and running so that guests could check email or print boarding passes.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location"
The first two days the air condition was not working properly even after I had complained about it after the first night. Hotel like Club Quarter should have checked the room before the guest comes in. That is why I gave low grades for comfort and maintenance.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great staff, but small space."
The staff is great, our room was hot and the AC was broken we were moved to a new room promptly. I only give this hotel a 3 because the room was super small and the description said view of Trafalgar Square we had a view of a wall 3 feet away. We paid way too much for a small room, no view, no mini bar. The consolation we got is the free high speed […] wifi and excellent staff. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Just what we wanted. Nice hotel, clean, quiet rooms, well maintained, and good location - easy to walk to many places or jump on the tube. Restaurant way too expensive for anyway to actually go to but the bar area is pleasant.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient!"
Front desk staff - exceptionally nice, helpful and professional Room - why is there no small refrigerator? Most hotels do provide this Housekeeping - very stingy with towels! We had 2 people in the room and we could only get 1 washcloth/hand towel. Frustrating! Launderette - so nice to have this available for guests Location/neighborhood - fantastic! "Great Location!"
We really enjoyed our stay in London and at the Club Quarters. Big pluses, were #1. Great Location. #2. Love the free drinkable water available throughout the stay. Only complaints, #1. Didn't have a window view at all-literally a wall right next to window preventing us from seeing any daylight at all. #2. Deluxe room is still quite small for two people. […] Hard to move around. If I stay again, I would want a room with a window you can see out, plus a little bigger room. Probably will book the Suite instead to get a little more room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ideal location, wonderful hotel!"
The location couldn't have been more central - walkable to all major sites, and even better, a 10 minute walk from the Tube stop that goes to Heathrow. It was clean, had wonderful amenities including a gym, free wifi, cable TV, and a private bathroom, and the hotel staff was very nice. I would absolutely stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Room is very small"
Hotel room is very nice and clean. Hotel location is excellent. 3 minute walk to Charing Cross Tube station, 10 minutes to Covent Garden.
