There is no better location IMHO. Easy walk to the theater district, restaraunts, Charing Cross and Embankement tube stations just down the street.. Embankement Cafe at Embankement Gardens for a great English breakfast that is very reasonably priced. Staff is cheerful and happy to help you. Very comfortable beds (wish they would give you more than 2 […] pillows, though) . Clean rooms. Hair blower and full screen TV. Free fast wireless in your room. Safety includes requiring your room key to use elevator. You have to check the prices for your trip and often they have reduced prices.They have a self laundry you can use. We stayed at the Club Quarters - Trafalger Square over the weekend. It is centrally located and the rooms are very clean and modern. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as it was expensive (£19.95). We ate at the Garfunkle's a half a block away where they had a full English for £5.95.

I wanted to walk the city of London and Club Quarters Trafalgar Square was the perfect location for that. This hotel is in the center of all the sites I wanted to visit. I divided the city into sections and headed off in a different directione each day. The whole experience was wonderful!

It wasn't a big room, it wasn't a great room, but it was perfectly fine. The bed was a bit hard for my taste, and there was only a shower, not a bathtub, but it was a very convenient location. It was clean and perfectly adequate, though not memorable.

Really enjoyed our stay - the location is amazing! Just off Trafalgar Square and so close to everything. Beautiful inside and out and really good service. I couldn't have asked for a better location! It was walking distance to most of the major tourist sites in London. Buses & tubes were extremely convenient if you wanted to get around. The workers at the hotel were kind and helpful when needed. Having complimentary wifi was a huge plus, as I know some hotels in London can charge a fortune for wifi.

Wonderful hotel! I picked it randomly on Hotels.com the night before I left town. Arrived to find I could see (and hear) the Beach Volleyball venue and Big Ben. Could also see the Eye. Perfect choice for a last minute Olympic adventure. Double bonus: the marathon passed the hotel 4 times! Convenient to the tube, restaurants, tourist stuff. Very friendly […] staff. The staff was EXCELLENT, without a doubt. Incredibly helpful when it came to finding bus tickets, ice cream shops, bus stops, and even provided umbrellas and reserved private taxi service for us. Toiletries, towels, and bedding were changed, restocked, and made daily. Room was actually cleaned and organized, like expected. A little tricky to find due to thinking it was directly across from Trafalgar Square, but once we located it, it was a sentch to get to. Couple of things to consider which may be important to you: 1) They don't really have a concierge […] service so you are on your own with respect to outside activities, and 2) because it is right in the heart of Trafalgar Sq., there is always lots of activity, people, demonstrations, etc... going on all the time. This was an excellent location for our stay. Just steps from Trafalgar square and a short walk to the Charing Cross Station. The staff was really friendly and the rooms were nicely upgraded and very clean. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit.

While the rooms aren't large by any means, this is more than made up for by the sensational location and relatively reasonable rates for a central London hotel. Literally 2 or 3 buildings from Nelson's Column, it's easy walking distance to Picadilly Circus, Covent Gardens, Oxford St, West End, Soho, Westminster, Buckingham Palace.

Club Quarters and its "cookie-cutter" hotels are reliable. You know what you're going to get whether in DC, San Fran, NY, Chicago, or London. This particular hotel, however, had a little problem with keeping all 4 of its computers up and running so that guests could check email or print boarding passes.

The first two days the air condition was not working properly even after I had complained about it after the first night. Hotel like Club Quarter should have checked the room before the guest comes in. That is why I gave low grades for comfort and maintenance.

The location couldn't have been more central - walkable to all major sites, and even better, a 10 minute walk from the Tube stop that goes to Heathrow.
