King mattress was hard. Desk personnel were nice. A beer can was left on the back of the toilet and the previous guest's key card left in the room, insufficient toilet paper left in bathroom.

I was very impressed with this hotel. When we first walked into the room, we were both very happy with everything. Very Clean, comfortable, and very close to tons of resturants. The staff was also very friendly and upon check out made sure that we had a great stay. Will return again.

Beautiful accommodations, great location for my needs, and wonderful complimentary breakfast. Loved everything about the stay except for the heating system. Could not get the room to stay at comfortable temperature - either too cold or too hot. The blower fan never shut off even when the off setting was selected! The noise became very annoying.

I reserved the hotel room online and the room was labeled as a King Jacuzzi Suite. This was a VERY inaccurate description of the room I paid for. The "jacuzzi" was simply a small jetted bathtub and one of the jets were broken. The tub was not even separate from the shower. What I find really disappointing is the fact that I paid the same amount for […] this room as I did for one in Gatlinburg, TN and that room was twice the size of the Holiday Inn room, had a private patio overlooking a creek and had a HUGE real jacuzzi with mirrors on three sides of it. In addition to the false advertising regarding the "jacuzzi" the back door exit had a sign on it that said "out of order". This was also the door that led to the pool and one of the fire exits! Overall very satisfied with the stay, the let out couch was prehistoric but everything else was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating, I arrived via a car trip from Chicago to Atlanta at 10:30am for a noon check-in and they had no problem checking me in early.

The hotel has big ,clean and comfort rooms. Workers are good and helpful. Location , easy to arrive and easy to live, it is near to main road . The only thing that is not so good is the small waiting area.

We arrived on Wednesday 23NOV the refrigerator was not working I had to remove it from the cabnet to find the on switch. The next day we had a toilet back up NO MAINTENANCE was available and I had to clean it myself. Also that night we had a heater/AC failure no one wasw there or on call to fix it. We had to keep the room as the only other similar room […] was a smoking room, fortunately it was not too cold. staff was nice but not extremely helpful. room was clean but had dated items mixed in with new stuff. sheets weren't changed every day just made the bed. always restocked bath towels and supplies. room temperature control was just a suggestion you got 2 choices warm or cold. morning breakfast was a joke. very little choices. they stop putting out food […] at 10 on the weekends. if you wanted to get there after 930 your on your own. most of the food is already gone and the staff has started taking the rest of it in. so get there a hour or so before they stop serving. wifi in the room worked well no troubles. Absolutely despicable! When the toilet was clogged and I went to speak with the woman in the lobby, she promptly spoke to the manager who informed her to bring me a plunger, which she did, albeit with a smile on her face. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.
