I had a wonderful time in Paris. The rooms are efficient, modern and very clean. Very easy to get to Metro stations since its located between two stops. Highly recommend this hotel for the travelers who are looking for a decent hotel in a budget. I would definitely stay there again.

I had chosen this hotel based on previous reviews and I was not wrong to do so! The staff were very friendly and spoke English, rooms were very spacious... and clean, had access to free wireless internet from Orange and the position of the hotel is relatively great. I say relatively because you have to walk for 15 minutes to get to the Railway station. But at the same time around the station there is a large shopping mall with everything you could ever want. On a less positive note, the food prices in the hotel were very high, but it was to be expected. Luckily there is a petrol station about 50 meters away which also runs a mini supermarket where you can find snacks, sandwiches and drinks at reasonable prices. TRES BOF ! Le personnel est plutôt agréable mais la clientèle de groupes très importants est très désagréable quand on est en voyage professionnel. Une véritable volière dans la salle du petit déjeuner et pas de possibilité d'accéder aux services voire même à une table ... Le personnel m'a donc aidée pour me faire un plateau ... Rooms was clean and in good shape but a little small. Felt a little "closed inside the room". Within 10 minutes walk down to the port we found a nice dining / pub area. If you need to stay in Cergy this is a ok choice.

J ai été très choquée de la façon dont j ai été reçu , déplorable ! "Elle dit qu elle a payé son repas, tu peux vérifier si c est vrai?"" Ben on ne sait jamais" À ma demande de facture le directeur ( soi disant) me tend un bout de papier sans entête ibis, avec des tâches de gras! Jamais vu ça!

Hôtel sentant fortement le tabac dans les couloirs et pour les non-fumeurs cela est très déplaisant. Hôtel beaucoup trop bruyant de par la qualité des installations claquement de porte et surtout, hôtel pas du tout insonorisé des bruits extereiurs ce qui est très inconfortable pour pouvoir dormir. La chambre était vraiment minuscule, à peine de quoi tourner autour du lit. l’hôtel est à un croisement avec une station service et une route passante, demandez les chambres donnant sur la rue plus tranquille. Impossible de d'ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit, chaleur étouffante dans la chambre. Nous tenterons autre chose la prochaine fois.

Accueil à l'hôtel le soir de l'arrivée juste aimable, La réceptionniste ne trouvait plus les réservations ainsi que le réglement de la note pré-payée depuis 1 mois. Nuit abominable, un groupe d'adolescents croates était établi depuis quelques jours à l'hôtel et y régnait en maître, télé à tue-tête, cris, rires, interpellations d'une chambre à l'autre […] dans les couloirs, bref un bruit insoutenable jusqu'à 2H30 du matin ( heure d'intervention de la police d'après le réceptionniste du matin) , suivi du réveil des ces messieurs-dames, qui s'appelle au téléphone de chambre en chambre à 6H30 en se trompant et réveillant plusieurs clients extérieurs. brouhaha dans les couloirs et le hall, Bien du plaisir au personnel du matin qui devait nettoyer la porcherie laissée après leur passage au petit-déjeuner. D'énormes efforts faits selon les moyens par le réceptionniste du matin qui s'excusait auprès des clients pour les nuisances... Bref en tout et pour tout un café offert pour une nuit éxécrable. l'hôtel est très sympa, le personnel très gentil, c'est un hôtel idéal pour se reposer. Il est situé à 10 minutes à pied du port de Cergy, endroit très sympa, ou se situe plusieurs restaurant qui permettent de passer une excellente soirée. je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.
