The room was basic, but very clean, and had everything I needed for my one night stay, my only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. But I only had to walk across the parking lot to get to the airport check in.

We have stayed here before and loved it the first so we came back here again. Dinner was really busy so was limited in reservations so definitely book in advance. Spa is excellent - foot spa, indoor jacuzzi and outdoor part too!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service is awesome. I would have given it a perfect 5 except the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The room our friend was in had the same problem. Also....there is a noise...a boiler maybe? that if you stay on the back side of hotel it wakes you up and runs from 6 am to 10 am and is quite loud. We read about this in the reviews in room 2 and we also had it in our room. The service was awesome and the bed and room were very comfortable. The bar is open at night and the deskclerks are great about getting you anything you would like to drink from the bar. The rooms are VERY clean!!!

The stay was nice, however the room was a little disappointing as I paid extra to have a superior room with a king size bed. And it was more like a small queen. The lady on reception was very helpful though. And it was clean. It had a nice bar area too.

Haven't stayed at a Novatel for ages. We had a lovely overnight stay. The staff were really friendly and accomodating. The children had somewhere to entertain themselves. Our rate included breakfast so was good value for money.

A very hot evening and no airconditioning, the windows are on restricted opening so a very uncomfortable night. Rooms a decent size, but dated. Staff friendly on check-in, but even thought the hotel is in the middle of nowehere they charge £4 to park overnight - have to say Premier Inn would have veen better.

We stayed at this hotel after attending one of the Olympic football matches at Coventry Stadium. The walk was just under a mile through a residential area. The only discomfort of our room was that there is a speaker for the television in the shower room. The problem is that it cannot be turned off or volume adjusted unless the volume on the television […] is all the way down. So you can't really hear the television unless this speaker is blaring. This trip was booked very late and after searching online we found the hotel, which was ideally placed for our visit to Coventry. Check-in and out was seamless. Everything was in good order. The room was a good size, airy and clean. Extremely functional for our stay it gave us exactly what we wanted! We will definitely use hotels.com again!
