I have been traveling to Paris for 9 years and the Citadines at La Opera is my first choice of hotel. Conveniently situated 1.5 blocks from La Opera and 2 blocks from the major shopping district, yet on a quiet courtyard. Don't be fooled by "murphy bed". Rooms are quite large with a desk, sitting area and separate bathroom. Lots of closet space and storage. Big windows open up onto the courtyard which is delightful in Spring and Summer. In a Paris heatwave this mecca of a/c was essential. This is not a luxury hotel, its more of a well kept modern apartment building for transients, perfect if you have a large group ( as we did) or need a kitchen or sitting room for some business or family reason. Many will love the location for its convenience to many Metro Lines, shopping ( Galeries Lafayette, etc.) abut I prefer the quaint charm of the left bank. The worst part of the place is the cleaning staff, who seemed hostile because we left the room after 10 AM ( jet lag) and kept forgetting to replace towels and soap. I wondered if they were unhappy with our tip. However, their attitude did not recommend anything larger. The hotel has a problem with their housekeeping staff. Channel make-up and a Brooks Brothers ladies blouse taken from our room. Phones did not work at all. You could only call the front desk. The place was perfect and had the right amenities. It was practical, nice, and clean. Everyone was super helpful and nice. They were exceptionally personable as well. Keep in mind that this is a Citadine so no room service but in Paris that's not important to me but if you want to be pampered (spa, restaurants, pool, etc... this is not the hotel for you). No hot water when I stayed. Management told us that there was no hot water due to a technical fault and engineers do not work weekends so have to wait to Monday for a warm shower. My husband and I stayed for 6 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday and we left the kids at home, but this hotel would have accommodated two other adult children easily. The Citadines Apart'hotel was great, fantatic location, close to restuarant, bars and supermarkets. Also central to all tourist attractions. Check-in was easy, without asking local maps with nearest supermarkets, pharmacy ATM's etc were provided. Free in room Wi-fi log in/password info was provided for each device. All front desk staff spoke English […] and were always pleasant and helpful. Best check-in I think I've ever experienced. The room was clean, had a great outlook and even had windows that openend. メトロのOperaから２ブロックほどという至便のロケーションでありながら、Rue Edouard VIIという車のほとんど入ってこない小路に面しており、静かだった。Monop'というスーパーマーケットも近くにある。メトロのMadelineも徒歩数分。 家族３名で８月に利用。４人宿泊可能といいながらダブルベッド1つと書いてあるだけだったのでやや不安だったが、折りたたみ式のソファベッドがあった。ただソファベッドに２人寝るのは窮屈だと思う。ダブルベッドのある部屋とソファベッドのある部屋、それをつなぐ廊下がキッチンになっており、バスルームとトイレが別々になっていた。トイレのドアに遮音性が全くないのには少し閉口した。シャワーの出具合や排水には問題なし。冷蔵庫ははじめ冷えていなかったが、調節ダイヤルを […] 回したらよく冷えるようになった。ベッドメーキング（ソファベッドを含め）とバスタオル交換は毎日されていた。キッチンに出してあった食器も洗って棚に戻されていた。各部屋にあるテレビのチャンネル数は多く、日本語チャンネル（NHK）も２つあった。インターネットは無料WiFiのIDとパスワードを最初にもらえる。 朝食付のプランではなかったので、朝食は１人２０ユーロということだった（利用せず）。ホテル内にレストランはないが周りにカフェやレストランはいくつもある。 フロントにはだいたい１人の受付がいて、英語が通じる。あっさりした対応だが不足はなかった。タクシーの迎えを前日に頼んだときも、ぴったりの時間にタクシーが来た。 総じて満足できるステイだった。特に家族連れにはお薦めできる。 Read more

Goede centrale ligging vlak bij de Opera, in een voetgangersgebied. Parkeergarage direct aan de overkant (wel duur, 30 euro per nacht). Prima uitrusting, kleine keuken prima geschikt voor ontbijt.

前にレ・アールのシタディーヌを利用したのですが、あちらより断然綺麗で快適でした。オペラ・ガルニエが近くて観劇には便利なロケーションでしたし、百貨店も近いので、惣菜を買って、お部屋でちょっと豪華な朝ごはんも楽しめました。

母、娘と女3人で4泊しました。 DVDプレーヤーが部屋に無かったので頼んだら持ってきてくれましたし、シャワーヘッドの不調にも部屋に来て見てくれました。キッチン設備も充分でした。ベッドも寝心地が良かったです。 改良して欲しい点は、洗濯機が2台中1台が壊れていて、使用は諦めたこと。（あと１台は清掃用クロスらしき洗濯に使用されていることが多かった）部屋に洋服用引き出しがあればベスト。洗濯機、食洗機の英語の説明が欲しい。（あったのかも知れませんが）

今回で３度目の利用です。パリの他のエリアのCitadinesも利用したことが ありますが、ここは毎日タオル交換、清掃もしてくれますし、 立地、快適さ、全て好きです。 今回、都合により別々のサイトから４泊、１泊と予約しましたので、 直接メールで５連泊同じ部屋にしてほしいとリクエストを入れたところ、 速やかに対応してくれました。 ５階のフロアは全て喫煙ルームで、喫煙者には嬉しい限り。 キッチン、バスルームも広く、自宅にいるように快適です。 また来年、利用したいと思います。

以前、パリで泊まったホテルは4つ星でしたが、部屋が狭くて圧迫感があったので、広い部屋に泊まりたくてこちらのホテルを選びました。 泊まった部屋は、5階にあるバルコニーのついた開放感のある明るい部屋でとても良かったです。 場所も、メトロのオペラとマドレーヌとRERのオベール駅が利用でき便利です。 チェックインの際に手作りっぽい近隣のスーパーや郵便局等を記した地図をくれました。うれしいサービスです。その時のスタッフの女性も感じよく分かりやすく色々と説明してくれて、数日過ごすことにへの不安がなくなりました。 基本的にはとても満足していますが、あえて不満を挙げるとすれば、ホテルのテレビに日本語放送が無かったのが少し残念でした。 それと、お風呂のお湯をバスタブにためるときは、温度が高めでないと、すぐぬる […] くなってしまうので、もう少し高い温度のお湯が出ると日本人は喜ぶと思います。 シャワーだけの場合は、ちょうど良い温度で出ますので良いかとは思います。 オペラのそばで、広い部屋に泊まりたい方には、とてもお勧めです。 Read more
