The hotel was very clean. There were nice amenities, pool,spa,sauna. The atta ched restaurant is not open for dinner, but I had breakfast these and it was very tasty, and fairly priced. It was a nice change from chains which sometimes lack local flavor.

I would definitely stay at the Wallace Inn again. Clean, nice rooms, easy access off the interstate. Only drawback is that they don't offer a free breakfast although there is a restaurant to purchase breakfast.

Our stay was excellent. No dining on-site but excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast available in a chilly dining room - might be worth heading into town for a better breakfast.

Maybe I've had good luck for the most part, because I travel alot and use alot of hotels and motels. My stay in Wallace was very dissappointing for the amount of money that was charged. Just some small things....the TV remote was not working and we had to go hunt down batteries. There was no microwave in the room. Like I said, small things, but it's […] the small things that make the biggest impressions. Also no continental breakfast, or anything convenient so we could get back on the road. I stayed here before skiing at sliver mt. The service and rooms were very good. Plus it was only about a 15 minute drive to the lifts. The resuraunt had good food as well.

Hotel is a little bit older and the rooms are out of date. They are clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly. The workout room is basically a hotel room where they removed the furniture and added some very out of date workout equipment. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant there. Service was quick.

Wallace only has a population of 784 (including my mom and stepdad) so I've always been rather surprised it has 5 hotels. Wallace Inn, although about the equivalent of a Best Western, is easily the nicest of them, and also the only one with a pool. In the past I stayed at other hotels just to be cheap, but I managed to book this one at hotels.com for […] only $4 more per night than the one I used to stay at (Stardust Motel, which is owned by the same people). We had a most enjoyable visit to Wallace and surrounding area. Bike riding, good food (I highly recommend the City Limits Pub for a wonderful meal), friendly people, and a quaint town to snoop around in. The people at the Wallace Inn made our trip easy.for a good time.

We came to Wallace, for the Blues Festival and had a great time. Our stay at the hotel was short but very pleasant. Everyone was helpful and the room was nice. My only comment is that they took $50.00 out on my credit card for "room neccesities" as I think they called it. It would be nice if they put that money back when someone checks out, rather then […] the patron having to wait several days for the transaction to happen. Although we only checked out yesterday, mine has still not been put back on my card. We LOVED the hotel and all the hotel staff we interacted with, so although this was my comment, it most certainly is not a complaint and we plan to stay there again in the future. Read more

Took 15 minutes for the only server to take our order, another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Several frustrated customers walked out before their food was served. Angry protests from waitress could be heard from the kitchen after trying to serve food to guests no longer in restaurant. In spite of being close to I-90, the room was quiet all night long. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good and plenty. My only suggestion is to have the morning coffee more prominent. I did not see it the first morning.

The woman at the desk was very obliging in that she changed my room to the first floor from the second. There's no elevator. However, I discovered when I froze during the night that there was no heat. The next morning I tried to get the heating unit to work. It didn't. I glanced around for a control on the wall, but didn't see it. I checked out as fast […] as I could. When I told the woman at the desk she said I should have been told the control was on the wall. We were passing through for the night and felt the accommodations exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, had a refrigerator, extra space for luggage. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the facilities were clean. Easy access to freeway.

We drive between WA and MT every winter and need a place to stay midway on our trip. We have always been curious about this hotel because its pretty on the outside and is in such a nice location. The Wallace Inn is a nice hotel in need of a few upgrades. Hard to do in this economy so don't hold it against them. It's still the nicest, most comfortable hotel in the area. The staff always tries to accomodate your needs & keep you happy. Booking online through sites like this one will save on the rate. Over all, the best value for the $$.

Wallace Inn has easy access to I-90, a great location in the old mining town of Wallace, and an attractive facility. The check in and check process was quick and the staff pleasant. Reasonable rates, generally clean rooms. Wallace is a charming town.....definitely visit the coffee shop nearby for a fantastic breakfast.....would stay at the same place on a future visit.
