The location could not be any better. We could see the Dom from our window! The hotel pub was perfect, the room was modern and clean, and the restaurant had the best breakfast I've ever seen! The room was small, but hey, this is Europe, not the US. Restaurants, shops, and museums (including the chocolate museum) were all walkable. We are def. going to stay there again!

You cannot stay closeer to the airport. You walk from the Hotel elevator across to the the departure gates. Staff was very helpful with directions on using the train to get into the city.

It was a wonderful stay. The service industry in Germany varies greatly from that in the US. Keep your expectations in check. The hotel was very close to the Dom, train station, and several attractions we could simply walk to. Over all, it was a good value for this time of year.

Nice hotel, good location alongside the autobahn. There is secure parking and with a tram stop right outside, it couldn't be more convenient. We stayed... during the Eurovision Song Contest at the nearby stadium, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the price. Probably because it was Eurovision weekend, this was the most expensive hotel room I have stayed in, ever. The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood. The train station is very close to the hotel. The breakfast is excellant. The air condition was not working properly. The parking fee is unexceptable. If you park more than six hours, you have to pay 15 euros. I still could not able to figure out their parking fee algorithm. I have to pay 30 euros per day […] for two days. When I complained about the parking, they said they leased it to a parking company. The rooms are prety big with a stove. You have to pay each call you make from the hotel. It does not matter if it is local or long distance. Internet is not free, but you can use a free computer at the cafateria floor. If you travel from USA, make sure you take adapter for charging camera. They have different types of plugs. Read more

Insgesamt muss man sagen, dass das Hotel sehr sauber, der Service sehr gut und der Komfort für ein vier Sterne Hotel in Ordnung war. Die Lage ist gut, man muss jedoch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln eine viertel Stunde bis zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. in die Altstadt fahren. Sehr zu empfehlen.

rezepetzion war sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit, die zimmer sind nicht sauber geputzt und nachlässig, zb. vorhang ist ausgerissen. gut ist die nähe zu öffentlichen verkehrsmitteln. das frühstück ist langweilig und viel zu teuer.
