The hotel was very well maintained & very clean but it is showing a little age. The employees were friendly & helpful. The breakfast had everything you could ask for. Only 2 short blocks to the Cocoa Beach Pier & the nice beach.

The hotel itself is very nice. However, two major distractors made it drop lower on my rating. The bedding is too short for the beds and the carpeting hasn't been cleaned in so long you had to wear socks at all times and they ended up black from the imbedded dirt. Overall, this stay was great. The breakfast supervised by Tonya was really good. When we arrived, Melissa was at the check-in desk and was so friendly and helpful, with a welcoming smile to boot. Some parts of the hotel could use a little sprucing up, but overall we had a great stay and will definitely return.

Staff was very helpful and friendly - especially Tonya who worked the breakfast bar. She was wonderful! My kids really enjoyed her and she took the time to give each of them Easter eggs on Sunday morning - a nice touch. We were mainly looking for location close to the pier and the surf competition, but the hotel was really nice.

Comfortable bed and accomodations. Good place to stay. Beach behind hotel is unspoiled and beautiful. We stayed there overnight to catch a cruise at Port Canaveral the next day. The location was perfect for that.

Nice Hotel in a good location. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast included.They gave us a coupon to use for parking at the cruise port and it saved almost $50 off a 7 day parking spot.

This hotel is clean and just one block from the beautiful beach and pier. In fact, I can see the beach from my second floor room. Pool is small but heated, and breakfast is provided.

Complimentary breakfast was pretty bad. I would rather pay and get a better breakfast. Room was nice and clean, although we had a non-smoking room and it did smell like smoke.

We needed a reasonably priced place to stay in Cocoa Beach and ended up here. Close to the beach and comfortable enough but it did hit on my pet peeve, the overwhelming scent of cleaning agents. Wife and I stayed here night before a Carnival Cruise. Worked great. Decent, yet older room, quiet, good little breakfast and shuttle for a few bucks.
