Don't stay at this motel if you are thinking that it is more popular than other motels in Lewiston (because that's what I thought from travel sites). Room was not clean and a used hand towel from people stayed previously was left hanging in the bathroom. We couldn't let our small children lay on the floor because we were not sure how clean the floor […] was. Breakfast was almost like a joke, so we didn't even try a cup of coffee even it was free. Maybe I am biased because we stayed at a very nice hotel in Boise the night before for the similar price. We came to town for a one day event and needed to sleep somewhere close by. We chose the motel because of the price and were very satisfied. The room was clean, comfortable and nicer than I expected. Staff were friendly and helpful.

For a 2 star hotel the Inn America in Lewiston is an excellent value. Room was clean and comfortable and felt new or at least newly updated. Excellent value for the rate obtained through hotels.com. Would stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised, we were traveling with a family of four and expected 2 queen beds, the room we were given had four beds much to my daughters surprise and pleasure. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great place to stay especially for the price. Resturants were close and motel was easy to find.

I stayed here for one night. As a solo traveler, this was perfect. The quality was superb for the value. The king sized bed was very comfortable, and the big flat screen tv was really nice as well. I think the only (minor) problems were the sink didn't drain very quickly, and the shower pressure could have been a bit greater, but that's just being picky. […] They also provided free continental breakfast which included eggs, waffles, cereal, toast, English muffins, mini muffins, oatmeal, juice, and perhaps a couple other things I can't remember. Another perk was the hotel's location. It's located on a fairly busy street with many food and shopping destinations. Hotel was clean and comfortable, but the noise level was too high. The hotel is on a hill and you can hear traffic accelerating to climb the hill consistantly. The doors and walls are too thin and you can hear people talking in the halls and rooms. It's too bad because otherwise the hotel would be great for the price.

I have had good experience every time I have been to this hotel. The room was clean, parking was abundant and everything worked in the room (as it should...) I have stayed in a number of motels, and find Best Western to have more value for the cost. I personally like a good variety at breakfast, to include fruits and healthy cereals. Clean, comfortable, secure, OK amenities and cheerful, helpful staff. Bathroom fixtures are due for update. Tub drain needs a regular dose of drain cleaner. By the time you finish a shower, you are ankle deep. Might just be one room, but usually indicative of maintenance issues.

The Hotel advertises that they have been completely re-decorated since June of 2011, maybe they have.......Our experience has been so bad, I will never stay here again. If I could get my money back, i would leave right now. We have had to move (2) times so far, the drains in our hotel room backed up and started to produce sewer gas in the room. We reserved a king bed, got a handicapped room with a small queen bed. On Saturday morming by 7:00 A.M. there were no eggs or sausage left for breakfast. On Sunday by 7:30 they were out of sausage and eggs for breakfast. The shower in the bathroom had black whatever in the lower cornerl, they said they were out of toliet paper until Saturday at noon. […] Fortunately, we had some in our car. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and well kept, and the breakfast was good, but not superb. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the hotel places several symbolic 16 inch square "mini-pillows" where real ones should go on their beds. Luckily we had brought our own pillows, which we used.

good location, easy to find, close to restaurnants, bars, groc store. pleasant staff, clean lobby and hallway. tiny bits of soap to bath and wash with and shampoo just enough for one, both very hard to open to use. the bath area shows some age, but clean. tv, microwave and fridg in room all good. priced a bit high, but within an affordable range.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. We had a family suite which was large and had potential, but we found it an odd layout. Only 1 TV for parents and children to fight over, and only 1 clock radio for 1 side of the room. The single king room I had was really small and would have been really tight for two adults. Hotel only provided shampoo- not conditioner. TV remote was a little grubby, but used a baby wipe to clean it. Overall, good room for the money- although I paid more online than if I would have just shown up and requested a room. $5 less that on their sign board […] outside.
