Not satisfied at all. Got there and the front desk clerk couldn't care less about us. We tried to ask questions and she was rude and unhelpful. Then when I get my Visa bill, I find out that I have been charge $6.00 more that I prepaid! We were looking for a place to stay on an ongoing bases for the commute to Fort McMurray. Of all the hotels I have stayed and ate the continental breakfast this was the worst. DO NOT EXPECT TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS ON EATING THERE! Room was ok but the hotel dining (evening) and morning breakfast is a travesty.

The rooms were ok, but considering it's a non-smoking property, the hallways smelled like smoke. The complimentary continental breakfast mysteriously disappeared and I was told I could buy breakfast - not as advertised. The staff & shuttle service were ok.

Very convenient if you are flying in/out of Edmonton airport. I would have hoped to have better/more choices for breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The Day's Inn is an aged property. Management cares for the facility and provides the necessities, though. Remember that this is one third cheaper than the main airport hotel competition and that is its strength. Quiet, clean rooms, continental breakfast, and a shuttle back to the Edmonton Airport when you're ready.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot from this hotel, but it turned out to far surpass what i was expecting. The room was large and comfortable, with a refridgerator in it. The Bed was fantastic and best of all its very close to the Edmonton Airport which makes it a definite place to stay again once i return. Would recommend to anyone.

The outside is run down with peeling paint and in need of a facelift. However, once you get inside, the hotel is fine. The room offered everything I needed. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and restaurants.

This motel is ideally situated near the airport. Staff were very helpful & has an airport shuttle so easy to leave rental car off then still make it to airport.

Check in and check out went smoothly. The free shuttle bus from the airport was a plus. The hotel was clean but slightly dated. The exercise room has the basics and is small. The only restaurant I saw was more like a mom and pop diner that also served sushi (strange combination).

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The photos on here are obviously out-dated for the rooms. I had crisp, white bed linens, a flat screen TV and my own cable box. Breakfast was great, with a good selection and even a couple of hot options (egg and either sausage patties or ham most days). If breakfast doesn't suit you, then Tim Hortons is right […] next door. My only minor complaint is that they didn't give me breakfast vouchers for my entire stay, I had to ask on return for the voucher for the following morning. It was a minor inconvenience. Location is good as 50th is really the Main Street through Leduc. Lots of restaurants close by and walking distance. I didn't try the restaurant attached to the hotel. All in all a great stay. Quiet accommodations and very friendly, helpful staff. I think it's great value for the money. Read more

Overall, our family stay was very satisfactory. As I mentioned the beds and pillows were very comfortable...that is always a must for me! The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even offered fruit for our departure in the morning, as we were leaving quite early. It was very quiet. No bad odours! The only complaints I have are in […] the bathroom: the shower head was very difficult to change from the massage setting; the bathtub was an older model, along with a very old tub mat that was cracked; and the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned properly, which looked like it was collecting dust bunnies for a very long time (in each corner of this room). I think they need to re-evaluate the term "hot breakfast". The breakfast was the worst I have ever had! Aside from the waffle machine, there were no "hot" items.... unless you consider stale white toast to be hot. For the price this is a very good deal. The rooms are clean and staff are pleasant and helpful. The new Fitness Facility is great! The only drawback is the breakfast, it's OK but a low end Continental.

The hotel staff were very nice and we were able to park our vehicle free for a week because we stayed there both before and after our trip. In-hotel restaurant was not very good. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last few years, mostly due to the location near the airport. It seems that the service at the desk has declined with each visit. The food service was really bad this time and the food quality and value were very disappointing. I will definitely look elsewhere next time.

However they did honor the fact that the website said free parking. Came back to a dead battery but they have extra long jumper cables very helpful. Good stay, they appear to be under renovations and new ownership so my experience may be a bit skewed. I found the room to be clean and the bed comfy. The continental breakfast.... truly continental no bagels or fruit or even a hard boiled egg for protein very small offering but got the job done I guess. They would almost be better off to not provide […] the breakfast so there would be no disappointment that way. Overall a good stay for the price, I will probably spend more money next time just to get more of a polished stay. I'm sure the renovations will make a difference and I may revisit them again.
