I've stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels across the US...this hotel had the BEST service of any hotel I have ever stayed at...friendly and courteous staff, great food.

Great room and reasonably priced. The hotel service is excellent but their restaurant service definitely needs improvement. I will never have a meal at Marco Polo again. Waiting forever for your food is tolerable but when it finally comes and they piece meal your order that't just plain incompetence not to mention the lack of atention from the waiter. The bad part was that they didn't have a lot of diners at that time. When we finally got all what we ordered, we already finished eating. That was the most terrible food service I've ever had especially if you're paying high price for the food. We were at their 'Chinese restaurant'. I can't remember the exact name.

I've stayed in many hotels in Davao, this superseed them all. Afordable prices, and european standard. Service was extremly satisfying
