    The towel rack fell off the wall! The desk person was more concerned about the towel rack than whether or not I was injured by it, so unprofessional! There were and extremely short supply of eggs for breakfast, the whole breakfast left a lot to be desired!

    I stayed at this hotel due to a previous stay 2 years ago to attend a USA Gymnastics State meet. This year upon arrival I pulled the covers down to find both beds in the first room to be dirty. One with 2 big "wet spots" that had dried and the second had smeers on it. I called the front desk and was moved to the room next door. The front desk employee […] was very nice and waited while I checked the sheets in the second room. The second room had a ring around the toilet bowl that looked like it hadnt been used or flushed in awhile. Their were also dead bugs on the bathroom floor. I stayed for the weekend because I knew that I would not be able to get a room elsewhere. Next time I come to Madison/Hanover I will get a room elsewhere. Read more
