      Nice hotel, centrally located, close to Metro stop. Booked a superior room and as is typical throughout many hotels in the EU, it was tiny. Had to go outside to change our minds. Barely enough room to walk around the double bed. Std. room' must be a sardine can. No soundproofing issues, fairly quiet. Front desk staff was exceptional and friendly. Plenty of pizza joints within a block or 2, which came in handy when we arrived late. Would stay here again.

    We've stayed here a couple of times with a small child and would go back again. It's location is convenient for motorways, the staff are very helpful and there is a huge choice at breakfast. They are in the process of redoing the swimming area - the plans look good, it should be finished soon judging by the progress in March!

    My daughter was looking for a seal because the ad shows that a seal on the bed. She asked a staff at the reception desk, and the staff whispered something to my daughter. I asked my daughter, and she said the seal was under the bed. Very witty!!!

    The location of the hotel was good with easy access into the city centre of Lyon. The staff were very helpful. The room was quite spacious with all mod cons. The breakfast was extensive and very good. An easy 15 minute drive to the internationaI airport. I would highly recommend this hotel

    Très bien. Hôtel idéalement situé, près des autoroutes mais néanmoins au calme. Grand parking à disposition. Accueil très bien. Petit déjeuner excellent. Hôtel très calme, idéal comme étape d'une nuit. Ai également apprécié l'attention faite par l'hôtel de distribuer des bouteilles d'eau pour la suite du voyage.

    coté hotel c'était très bien mais nous n'avons pas profité de la partie restauration car rien que le prix d'une omelette on n'a trouvé ça trop cher. l'acces à un ordinateur + jeu vidéo enfant + piscine très agréables

Vores værelse var ikke hvad man med rimelighed kan forvente af et fire-stjernet hotel. Vi valgte Novotel, da vi tidligere har haft glimrende oplevelser med denne hotelkæde. Novetel i Bron lever således ikke op til flere andre Novotel-hoteller […] eller til hvad der ofte er standarden for et firestjernet hotel. Hotellet ligger godt placeret ift motorvejen. Spise aftenmad på en resturant i nærheden (Fransk Grilkøkken). Resturanten kan IKKE anbefales. Elendig service og […] mad.     We visites the hotel in july and it was chaotic. Nice rooms, but the hotel service didn´t manage to handle a fully booked hotel. It was not possible to eat in the evening without prebook a table, and in the morning we had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a table for breakfast. When we got a table, a lot of food was completed. The staff was stressed […] and not very service-minded.The hotel is probably much better off-season. Read more
