"2012 Cacun Trip"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
This was great place to stay, no screaming sring breakers. This is an adult oriented all inclusive hotel. The food was excenllent, you have to try the rotisserie chicken on the beach!

"Amazing Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Na Balam got some underserved poor scores. The location happened to be the best location on the island (as far as beaches go), and fairly convenient to excitement of down town. The grounds were spectacular, and for such a reasonable price. Front desk and beach bar staff were not amazing, but not bad either. They could do some training on customer service in order to make it a more magical experience, but all in all, it was acceptable service.
"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
Wow! What an amazing time we had staying at the Royal Solaris!! We spent our 19th anniversary at this all inclusive resort for 4 days and never even had the slightest urge to go into town or leave the hotel. Friendly staff checked us in. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and there was no waiting. The Time Share lady who offered us a "quick tour" of the hotel but did not get pushy or upset when we told we just wanted to get to our room and then hit the beach. She asked that we come see her, but we never did and we never got bothered with Time Share talk the rest of the time. The multiple pools looked like lots of fun, but hey...we have a pool at home so we spent every waking minute at the beautiful beaches. The "vendors" walking up and down the beach were not pushy at all and after each one made their 1st pass/effort, they didn't bother us the rest of the day. Benjamin and Kike (pronounced kee-kay), were our beach waiters over the weekend and both of them were absolutely tremendous!! We could not have asked for a better experience. The room was clean, it had a comfortable bed, and plenty of water pressure for our showers. Oh...and pay the little extra to get the beach view room...spectacular views of the sunrise and gorgeous blue waters!!

The Cancun Hotel Zone rests on a slit of land bound by a lagoon and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Sunseekers crowd the white-sand beaches. At night, the action moves to the restaurants, clubs, and bars that line Boulevard Kukulcán, the area’s main artery. This road passes by the El Rey ruins, believed to be a king’s tomb.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at the hotel. All the doors in the hotel had problem closing. All night long the doors were slumming around the hall. The food horrible.
"Perfect Stay"
The Cancun Palace is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Cancun and we have been going to Cancun for 20 years. Staff we extremely friendly and helpfull. All the staff speak perfect english. Great place for family and couples. Food was very good in all the restaurents and at the pool bars. Best beach area in Cancun, long white sandy beach with […] perfect blue water. We will be back soon. Read more
"Great hotel, great area, loved everything"
Just beautifull.I would go back.
"cancun palace- greater than expected"
Went end of Nov four a quick 4 day getaway and our family of five was pleasantly surprised with the great service , food (esp japanese restaurant) and the rooms were awesome with a jacuzzi tub in each. We had what they called a family suite which was 2 rooms with connecting door adult king size bed and kids 2 doubles. Room service was good (at no extra […] charge). We used the extra bonus dollars (which we kept feeling that there was a catch but never found it) for upgraded bottles of wine at our dinners- still had credit left over. Wanted to use it for a l;imo ride to the airport but limo was not available at that time. Overall a great experience. Probably best kids club we've been at. Our kids are 7,9,11 years Read more

Read more
"CANCUN PALACE RESORT"
Hotel primoroso, com tudo perfeito! O único porém no meu caso seria a comida. Read more
