This was the best hotel for the money we've ever stayed in. Clean, friendly, accommodating - couldn't have asked for anything more. We will definitely continue to use this hotel on our trips to Chicago. We always do a lay-over in Kentucky, and this one is the best!!

This property was very good and we would stay there again. Great room, good breakfast, courteous staff. We had our dog with us so the choices were less abundant. The rate was a little higher than other hotels located in the area. The pet fee made it quite a bit more. Still, it was a great stay.

Everything was great. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. We traveled over the Thanksgiving holiday and surprisingly there were not a lot of people staying at this hotel. We stayed in a handicapped room. The faucet in the tub was leaking and the shower was not good. It needs replacing or repair. There is nothing to sit on in the bathroom to get your clothes off or on. The comforters weigh a ton! Much too heavy and most hotels don't use those anymore. My husband didn't think much of the breakfast, but I can't say much […] since I didn't bother having any. It was like pulling teeth to get the gentleman at the front desk to help us. we needed a few addresses and he said he did not know, to my friend. I asked him to get out a phone book. At that he went on the internet and found them. He had been standing there doing nothing (not like he was swamped with work), I said good morning to another lady at the […] front desk and was completely ignored. Room was large and clean. Bed was perfect for sleeping on too. Really appreciated that there was fruit available in the lobby all day long. Made it easy to snack on healthy foods. Only issue that was slightly inconvenient was a small dining room for breakfast. There was plenty of food though and great coffee!

We stayed for 1 night as we passed through the area on the way home. The hotel is fine, but although the website says that the hotel is "all new", it seems to be showing age somewhat. The only problem with this hotel was that the walls are fairly thin. We could hear other customers coming and going throughout the night. Each morning, we could hear the customers in the room next door blowdrying their hair and the electric shaver.

I decided on this hotel when i tried to make reservations for connecting rooms and the staff wanted to make sure that the hotel felt comfortable with two of my children slleping in a connecting room and not in my room. I took my 3 children(boy and 2 girls)and had my son with me while my two daughters slept in the connecting room with the doors open […] between rooms. The hotel showed great care about my children and their safety and i was impressed with that.When we arrived the rooms they had were non-connecting rooms which i wanted. In the lobby there is 3 trip hazards. 2 are both sides of the lowered floor mat/water trap and the other is the threshold that was installed between the lobby and the hallway in front of the elevator.
