      The hotel does not have rooms with 2 queen beds AND a sofa bed as we expected from your website. We also did not have a refrigerator. Staff very helpful. Very clean. Nice breakfast.

    The room was nice the only problem was an issue with towels and shampoo. When we arrived on thursday we needed to ask for towels and the fromt desk had to take them from another room. the fololowing morning we left our towels on the bathroom floor and they were never picked up and I again had to ask for towels and shampoo.

    Checked in and our room was never cleaned from previous guests. Dirty towels on bathroom floor, excrement in toilet, trash in garbage cans, dirty unmade beds. Called front desk and she was only employee there and couldn't leave front desk. Said no other rooms available and we could come down to desk and get clean towels, soap, and shampoo.     The accommodations were very pleasant. The room and bathroom were clean. The lamp and clock were unplugged and we didn't know why. Free Wi-Fi was alittle slow but adequate. The breakfast was FABULOUS! It was real food (eggs, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, fresh made to order waffles, juice, and more). I plan on returning in August.

    It was recommended by friends and we were very satisfied with our experience. It was very convenient to the University where we visited. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Room service lady was very kind and friendly. Everyone we'd want in a future stay. Would recommend it.

    I was so very disappointed with my stay!!! I made online reservations for November 17, 2011, We attended the football game between Vtech and UNC. I specifically ask for a room with two Queen beds or a cot. When I arrived I was put in a room with one queen bed. My son had to sleep on the floor!!! It was cold and drafty for him!!!     Paid extra since it was a home football game at VT, but was not happy with the service. The 4 occupancy room had only 3 towels? We requested more towels and never got them. Second night, there is no Toilet Paper in the bathroom or tissues. They need to pay more attention to the details!

    Even though i reserved a non-smoking room it definitely was not. I asked upon checkin if it was indeed non-smoking and the gentlemen stated 'its supposed to be'. When we walked in, it immediately smelled of smoke. I had to go buy febreeze just so we could stay there.

    Had no choice as during this weekend there was a football game and had to take up this accomodation. The price was my only issue. Having said that, everything about this hotel Inn was good and comfortable. Breakfast choices were plenty. The staff were helpful. If price is not a concern, I would recommend this place to anyone.

    My reservation were for a room with 2 queen size beds. I had one queen size bed. I was on travel and like to use the extra bed to spread out my work. I was told by the hotel there was only smoking rooms left. Also I was put in a builing off from the main hotel and it did not have an elevator. It was tough to lug all my belongings in a stairwell

    I had 2 rooms reserved for non-smoking each with 2 queen beds, and emails confirming this. When I arrived the front desk told me that I had reserved smoking, and although we were given rooms, they each only had 1 bed in them. I'm not sure what caused the mix up.

    my family and I stayed at this hotel on our vacation. All I can really say is you get what you pay for. The room was not clean nor was the bathroom. The room also had a very nasty/moldy/dirty smell to it. When housekeeping came, they only took away the garbage bags and made the bed. Didn't clean the bathroom or give more cups, lotion, soap or towels. […] I had to track them down to get more. The pool was dirty. I had to get the skimmer from maintenance and clean the pool myself. I had to get the pool towels from housekeeping because they never brought any. The staff was friendly and pleasant, but they just didn't want to work or help out.     We were a little put off by the previous reviews we read on other hotel review websites, but when we arrived we were very pleased. The staff was attentive, the hotel in excellent shape. The restaurant was just fine and in fact the food well prepared. We had no issues with non-smoking rooms smelling odd. Ours was roomy and with an excellent selection […] of cable channels.     All of the reviews you read about this hotel and the smoke smell are true. We were on the first floor in a no smoking section and the hall way was so smoked up it seeped into the room. I think it was the hotel workers doing the smoking. Also the room cleaning was quite poor. On arrival the floor of our room was quite dirty with someone's nail clippings […] all over the floor. We spent two nights and even after the second day they had still not run a vacuum in the room. Housekeeping is very poor in this place and we are making sure the management is aware of it.     Unfortunately, had to book a smoking room because nothing else available.We expected smoke smell but did not expect stained dirty sheets- disgusting. We left a day early despite having to pay for the unused evening.

    This is the second time we stayed for a Virginia Tech game ad find it very reasonable and convenient. Our only complaint is that the hot tub is warm and not hot.

    We were traveling with a small dog and knew that we would be placed in a room and section of the hotel designated for that purpose. However we were not prepared to have to endure a room that had a strong fishy odor to it.
