This is my hotel of choice when on business in the area because it is very reasonably priced, its staff is friendly, reliable, and accomodating, provides a good continental breakfast, and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Not the lap of luxury but priced far below higher-end hotels.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good but the staff does not check to replenish the food when low so you have to tell the receptionist if you want something. Love the breakfast! Room was great! We were by the elevator and I asked to move but the hotel was sold out, to my suprise I didn't hear any noise from it. It was across the street from NASA space center so we walked over and saved $6. A few minutes from Kehma! Microtel has a good price for a budget!

Hotel looked great from the outside. Hallways, doors, etc. needed painting, etc. Lots of dings, scrapes, etc on the walls. TV's need to be updated in the rooms. We had a big TV sitting on top of the closet. Looked like it was going to fall off at any moment.

I've stayed here 5 times now, the rooms aren't the biggest but they are well cleaned and the price is great. Probably not best for a big family but for travelers it's great. Internet is fast, breakfast is decent, and the location is great.

The place is right across from the space center which was cool. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was relatively clean. The problem was the walls were very thin and so you could hear the traffic outside and the people in the room next to you talking or walking down the hall.

Microtel worths d value of your money paid.my room was ok and neat but not impressed with d toilet bowl thou.it got blocked instantly. I was not warned in advance of the remodeling going on. It was a mess. No iron in room when trying to get ready for a meeting so I called the front desk. Gave up 3 hours later - had to reschedule meeting because couldn't iron my clothes. Explanation from front desk - I completely forgot - no apologies. He had the gall to suggest that when I got back […] I could stop by the desk to pick up the iron and iron board myself even though he could see my hands/arms were full with my purse, laptop, umbrella and cup , won't go back there even though I stay in a microtell in memphis all the time. The ONLY complaint I had was i was able to hear the TV from next door as if it were in my room. Very annoying at 2am. Other than that the hotel was great. Nice room, nice breakfast, staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay here again when in visiting my fmaily in Houston.

The most perfect accommodation iwhen visiting NASA, immediately across the road. Food outlets close by and 10 minutes to major shopping complex. Very comfortable with kitchenette and sitting room, fast wi-fi and very economical laundry. Would never hesitate to recommend.

This was a decent hotel for the price and I would stay again if in the area. Both evening and night clerks were nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but basic. The breakfast was adequate. I felt safe in the area. The overall condition of the hotel was not too bad but the back door lock didn't lock which was a security problem.
