The location could not be any better. We could see the Dom from our window! The hotel pub was perfect, the room was modern and clean, and the restaurant had the best breakfast I've ever seen! The room was small, but hey, this is Europe, not the US. Restaurants, shops, and museums (including the chocolate museum) were all walkable. We are def. going to stay there again!

You cannot stay closeer to the airport. You walk from the Hotel elevator across to the the departure gates. Staff was very helpful with directions on using the train to get into the city.

It was a wonderful stay. The service industry in Germany varies greatly from that in the US. Keep your expectations in check. The hotel was very close to the Dom, train station, and several attractions we could simply walk to. Over all, it was a good value for this time of year.

The only problem we had was actually finding the hotel ... even the taxi driver had problems! The rooms are spaciousThe bed was advertised as kingsize but was queensize. Parking is a nightmare. There are only 4 parking spaces in front of hotel. Otherwise parking is in a public garage which is near by but difficult to find. The hotel does not have a restaurant and there are no restaurants in walking distance.

Unser Aufenthalt war kurzweilig und schön, wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist absolut angebracht, mehr würden wir aber nicht zahlen wollen. Die Zimmer sind gross und die Bäder geräumig und sauber. Leider kann man die Klimaanlage nicht einschalten, wenn man gerne würde. Da es ziemlich laut hinten und vorne raus ist, haben […] wir ziemlich schwitzen müssen über Nacht, da die Fenster zu bleiben mussten. Sevice ist sehr gut, auch der Zimmerservice promt und freundlich. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in einem kleinen Park mit Nähe zum Schwimmbad und zur Stadthalle. Die Sparmaßnahmen in dem Hotel greifen (es gibt Zimmer zu unglaublich günstigen Preisen). Allerdings schlägt das auf den Service nieder. Das Hotel war ausgebucht und abends und morgens nur eine Person, etwas überfordert, am Empfang. Beim Frühstück Brötchenkrümmel […] überall auf dem Boden und auf den Stühlen. Die Gläser im Zimmer voller Lippenstiftreste. Vom Gesamteindruck nicht zum wohlfühlen. Dies soll ein 4 Sterne Hotel sein, für mich geühlt maximal 3 Sterne. Objektiv fehlen: Kosemtikspiegel, Kosmetikartikel (z.B. Duschhaube, Körperlotion), Hausschuhe (gab es auch auf Nachfrage nicht), ausreichen Kleiderbügel (nur 3 vorhanden), schuhputzutensilien. Das Hotel wirbt mit "Wohlfühlhotel" das wird es in keinem Fall gerecht. Read more

Personal an der Rezeption und am Frühstücksbuffet ist freundlich, wirkt aber unmotiviert. Es gibt leider keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, dafür aber eine Badewanne. Klimaanlage ist einfach zu bedienen und funktioniert sehr gut.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Leider war die Klimaanlage ausgefallen und in den Zimmern war es unangenehm warm. Seitens des Hotels wurde keine Abhilfe geleistet. Bei der Abreise sollte die Hotelrate noch mal wieder beglichen werden, obwohl wir diese schon bei Hotels.com entrichtet hatten. Des weiteren könnten mal wieder die Fenster geputzt werden.

+nära till inomhusbad. +bra matsal +bra reception, servicevänlighet - för att parkeringen inte ingick i priset - restaurang/bar stänger kl. 23:00 (för tidigt)

Der Service des Hotels war etwas überfordert. Das begann schon beim Check-in, bei welchem nach einem Gutschein gefragt wurde, den der Gast gar nicht haben konnte. Als dann bemängelt wurde, dass es für die Minibar keine Preiskarte im Zimmer gibt, wurde zugesagt, dass diese geliefert würde. Dies geschah jedoch bis zur Abreise nicht. Das Frühstück war […] in Ordnung, obwohl alles zur Selbstbedienung war. Selbst den Tee musste man sich selbst brühen. Insgesamt ein Hotel der Mittelklasse also eher 3 Sterne, das einige Schwächen aufweist, aber mit der Nähe zum Bahnhof für Bahnreisende trotzdem zu empfehlen ist. Read more
