"great stay in a small town"
Hotel was very accommodating to our needs. We were arriving very late since traveling a long distance. The continental breakfast was a huge plus since we needed to get on the road early.

We booked a family suite that had 3 queen beds. The room was spacious and clean. The service was great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it is getting old. The room was fairly clean, but I am getting used to the newer rooms with new beds...

This hotel is a little older but is very clean and very comfortable! Much better than some newer ones!!! Will definitely stay again.
"nice overnight stay in the high desert"
this is a motel with some frills at a no-frills price. roomy rooms, service above adequate, easy parking, for old folks..no stairs. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Not much going on in Monticello, but best place for the money around that area if you are on the way to Moab or something. Room was clean, beds were comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. Nice sized rooms. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The restaurant next door had good food.
"Nice and clean"
However the decor is somehow outdated, the rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. Location is good, quick check-in and very friendly staff. Breakfast is the same as in other standard hotels/motels.
"Small town comfort"
We needed a place close to some archaeology sites. This was small town comfort and a great price for the value. It's not your "big city" hotel, but more than fine for this kind of adventure.

"One stop does it all"
We were on vacation seeing all the eastern Utah parks and stayed here. There is a family style restaurant next door, and the motel offers a free breakfast in the morning. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Worked for us!

This is an old motor hotel with a couple well meaning face lifts. Still, the room was clean and quiet, the bed comfy. Staff was friendly as could be. Obviously operates on a shoestring, but who doesn't these days?
The room was clean, but the hotel seems to have a problem with their guests using the linens. Notices in the room about soiled linens may be charged to the guest. Also had to sign multiple commitments not to smoke in the room. I don't smoke, but felt it was a bit overkill. Ice machine was out all night. "No Surprises"
nice clean Mom and Pop operation. Staff was friendly, rooms were a bit dated by well kept and very clean. Internet was somewhat slow at night but the morning connection was acceptable. I'd stay again...it's a good value.
The hotel was nicer than we expected. We usually stay in the more expensive ones and expected this to be like the cheap one we stayed at in Manti, but it was a lot nicer than expected.
We were very pleased with the room. Everything was clean and pleasant. The room was quiet, and we had a wonderful night's rest.. Internet worked with no difficulties. The continental breakfast included fresh fruit and was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here whenever we were in town.

Off the main drag through town, this hotel was a very nice find.

The cost of the room through Hotel.com was not less than if we had been a walk in or, had done our reservations by phone.

The signs in the breakfast room telling guests not to take food with them "we do NOT provide lunch" are a little bit exaggurated if you take a closer look at WHAT kind of breakfast is provided... this isn't even continental breakfast standard...

"Clean & simple - but the 'free' wifi is no bargain"
Earlier reviews talked about non-smoking rooms that smelled of smoke, so we were apprehensive, but that wasn't an issue at all. The room was as nice and quiet as in any hotel. However, the wifi was attrocious - dropped me every minute or so, and there was no one to fix it or even to talk to about it - the front desk girl knew nothing. You can't ask […] for your money back for something that's free, but I depend on internet access when I travel, and this was a great frustration to have it promised and not delivered. Read more

Wayside Motor Inn--adequate. There seemed to be water seeping into the carpet in the area of the bathroom sink. Not pleasant to walk on. The free breakfast was far from adequate--what's wrong with decaf coffee, not instant? None available. Juice didn't taste very good. The young lady at the desk was very pleasant.

"Arrived late, no problems"
Car broke down, we had to stay past checkout, no problem with that. Free breakfast, not great, but with how reasonable the stay was, you cannot knock it. Very well located for many attractions without the cost of staying in Moab.
The only problem was that the wi-fi internet was not working

"Monticello ville déserte"
Catégorie d'hôtel plutôt à classer dans les motels mais avec des chambres assez spacieuses, propres, très bien équipées. Belle petite piscine extérieure. Dommage que la ville soit extrêmement calme
