This is a great value and I liked the proximity to Tegal Berlin airport, gas station just down the street and easy access to the freeway. Hotel was very nice and clean except the bathroom smelled like musty mold. I think it was the wooden floor. Wood in a bathroom, really?

The hotel was very clean, the desk staff friendly and helpful. The room was neat and comfortable in general, although the bed was not: the sheets were quite scratchy and uncomfortable. This is one great hotel to stay if you need to visit Siemens. The U-bahn station is right next to the hotel. The bed is not very comfortable at all, but I would stay again due to its convenient location.

The location of this hotel is more about convenience than anything else. There are restaurants and other shops close by and there is an U-Bahn station right next door. The only drawback is that, if you are coming in by air to the Tegel Airport, you have to take a taxi. The trip is fairly short, about 10-13 Euros was the cost when I did it. As far as […] the room was concerned, it was comfortable and clean. If you need English TV, there were a few channels, mostly news. Basically, this is a hotel that has everything you would expect and nothing that you would not. That means nothing surprisingly good and nothing disappointingly bad. The friendly efficient front desk staff were probably the best thing. Having to pay for internet access was disappointing. The breakfast is expensive, but I thought it was very good. The variety of items was impressive and the quality of the food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and professional. The location was close enough to the airport so that I had no concern about reaching my flight. I was not aware of any disturbing airport noise.

Stayed here for an early flight. Very nice place and friendly people. Good Italian resturant close by. Great price. Only one small problem, faint moldy smell in bathroom that seemed to come from a floor drain. Sprayed some colonge in the bathroom and it was ok.

I have stayed in hotel Mercure and Ibis many times. One thing I really hate is they dont have (free) internet service. If you travel anywhere in the States, Japan even China, most places have this service for free or for a very low fee.

We have had bad experiences with Accor hotels since we started our travels 1 month ago, and this one is no different. We chose the hotel because they advertised air conditioned rooms. Granted it had an a/c duct but there was no cold air....just warm air from the vent. We told the staff about it and they did not show any surprise: they know advertising […] a/c is a fraud. As well, the bar fridge did not work so we needed to get ice from the bar to be able to chill a drink in August weather. Ever day for 4 days we had to fight with the bar manager to get more than a tall glass of ice that would melt in 20 minutes. She was just plain ugly in repeatedly telling us ice cost them money ! On top of it all, they charged 9 EURO/USD 11.00 per day for barely adequate wifi service in the room. All in all they are the "cheapest" operation we have encountered and the least honorable. This hotel is not in the centre of Berlin but the underground is literally right next to the hotel so you can get around really easily. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. A cheap way to see the city if you don't mind travelling. It is also really close to tegel airport.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and could speak english which was great. The subway was right outside the hotel which was convenient. The only issue we had was the timing of our trip - New Years 2011 - so not many businesses were open around the hotel and we barely ate that day as a result. The hotel staff told […] us nothing would be open on new years day and the sunday to follow however we did go to city centre and found that was not the case. Other than that it was a great stay. Ikke de store oplevelser, men til gengæld heller ikke de store skuffelser. Hotellet er ordinært, som man kan forvente. Morgenbordet er den største oplevelse, men også alt for dyr.

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal im Mercure Hotel Berlin City West und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Dieses Mal hatten wir gleich mit Frühstück gebucht und nicht vor Ort im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne buchen wir dieses Hotel wieder.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und erfüllte seinen Zweck. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist die U-Bahnstation Siemensdamm. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen sind die horrenden Preise für Speisen und Getränke. Frühstück ist viel zu teuer.

Es waren Blutflecken auf dem Bettlaken, Haare in der Badewanne und ein unangenehm muffiger Geruch im gesamten Zimmer besonders im Bad...überhaupt nicht zum Wohlfühlen!

Gutes und günstiges Hotel, wenn man den Frühbucher nutzt. Sehr netter Service und sehr sauber. Einziges Manko ist die etwas laute Hauptstrasse, die nur ein paar Meter entfern ist.

Hotel liegt zwar nicht in Mitte, aber durch sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt, Personal super freundlich und hilsbereicht! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der U-Bahn-Station "Siemensdamm". Vom Flughafen Tegel sehr schnell und einfach zu erreichen.Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Übernachtungspreis war sehr günstig. Frühstück teuer. War jedoch kein Problem. Direkt gegenüber des Hotels liegt ein Einkaufszentrum mit mehreren Lebensmittelläden und Discountern.

Alles ok, nur etwas veraltert finde ich das WLAN das man nicht stündlich abrechen kann, bzw., dass man überhaupt noch was bezahlt, viel zu teuer.
