My 8yr. old daughter and I stayed on a Sun. night here. She loved the indoor pool and hot tub and got a LOT of exercise there. King bed was excellent with nice soft pillows. Our toilet ran all night. The door to the bathroom and outside did not close right. We talked to a manager and nothing was done. The rooms and hallways were run down. We will not stay here again!

Ther hotel needs an overhaul! It was old and drafty. The plumbing in my room was bad. The water sat in the sink and in the shower for a while before it drained out. There was a stain on the blanket in my room. When blankets have stains that will not wash out, it's time to replace them. The mattress on my bed was old and needed to be replaced. We enjoyed our visit to Memphis. However the hotel room was not cleaned very well at all. We found broken pieces of glass from what appeared to be a crack pipe in the floor along with old dried food which was unsettling. There was a reunion goin on and kids were running up and down the halls and playin in the elevator till early in the morning.

The hotel was fine for an overnight stay. It is close to fast food resteraunts, the freeway, and a grocery store. For us, it did the trick and worked out nice. The breakfast was good with a nice variety (eggs, bagels, biscuits, etc).

The hotel was very appealing from the outside but we were extremely disappointed once we walked in. The first room was extremely smelly, but we were dealing with it until we realize one of the beds was broken. Dangerously broken!! The second room was at least sleepable, but the smell was even worse (the kids say it smelled like a dead person, lol!). […] We tried to get extra towels since we had the suite and had six people but there was only 4 towels, but no one ever answered at the front desk. Going down, I had to wait over 10 minutes at the desk just to realize the worker was outside smoking. I had to go outside to get him to help! It's a great hotel, but I asked for a room away from the elevator and ice machine, and I got the room very closest to both. I think there was some sort of family reunion or get-together because people visited between rooms, got ice, etc. until very late. I got very little sleep betcause of the dinging of the elevator and the ice machine noise.

I stayed at Comfort Inn Suites on March 10, 2012. I had family that wanted to come up to my suite to wait on me to get dressed. It was my husband, my two girls, two of their friends and myself. The hotel said that we were not allowed to have more than 6 people in a room at a time or they would put us out. Management called the room and said that we can not go in and out of our room that many times because we are disturbing other guest and if we continued we would be kicked out of the hotel. This is by far one of the worst hotels i have visited. I can't say I stayed very long because it was disturbing. We showed up later in the evening around 830 p.m. There are signs all over the building stating no smoking, but there was a large pile of ashes on my air conditioner. The floor smelled like stale smoke and the room was even worse. There was […] candy wrappers on the air conditioner and pieces of trashes and dirt on all the horizontal surfaces. When i went down stairs 30 minutes after arriving to tell the stafff we would be checking out even said "the room must not have been cleaned that day" and offered us another room. I graciously declined and told him we would be taking our business else where (La Quinta Suites on the east end. Awesome and clean) . I wrote the manager that evening stating the issues I had and asked for a refund. I have yet to hear from them almost a week later. I will be contacting the next level of management. Internet didn't work and staff was not helpful. Charged three different credit cards saying all were declined yet managed to charge each of them. Turns out the had systems issues. Got a king suite for three with pull out couch but no linens for pullout. Took until nearly midnight for linens to arrive.
