The only nice thing about this place was the girl in the front office. The room looked neat BUT I wouldn't even walk on the carpet in socks. I wore flip flops the whole time. The TV was black and white and had in and out sound. I noticed the ironing board cover was very stained. I would never put a garment on it.There were no waste paper receptacles […] anywhere. The bottom of the white bathtub was greyish.I was afraid to use it or use the washcloths and towels. We had two queen beds. I checked the sheets on the bed I slept in. They looked clean but not crisp. ( Since I always take my own blanket and pillow to motels I had taken those off the bed.) BUT he didn't and the next morning we discovered a 2" 3D skid mark on what would have been my side of the bed! So grossed out!!! The management was rude. Unreasonable. We were told to leave because we tried to flag down our relative who was accross the parking lot and we were told were being too loud @ 7pm. I am a respectful person due to my upbringing, but to just jump to conclusion that we were screaming wildly and for end upon end, i doubt that. Mind you there were only 6 […] rooms taken that night. I approached the "so called annoyed" person who was the manager politely and was then informed that I was being asked to leave, because of the ruckus, (flagging down a relative) I have stayed in days inn for the past week and for this to happen after all the things I have witnessed in this hotel is mindbabbling. The room itself was ok. I had to got to the office many times to "recharge" my door key. They said all their keys do that. Ironing board without an iron?? The first night, I didn't have any wash clothes. I called the office to get them. She said if I would like to come to the office, she would give me some. Looking for something a bit nicer in the "downtown" portion of town...this wasn't the downtown I was expecting. Rooms were okay, but the area was loud...car doors banging, people yelling, laughter...most of the night. Door wasn't sealed and bathtub had seen better days. Had to ask for soap....though that may have been an honest misteak.

Random hair was all over the room. The two bathroom towels were thin and light. The chairs had "questionalbe" stains, so no one would want to sit on them. The hotel was conveniently located. However, the missing light was a bit inconvenient. Also the room temperature tended to be cold, and it took a long time to adjust it to a comfortable level. Otherwise, everything was OK, and the staff were courteous.

We knew this was not a first class motel, but we liked the proximity to Sacred Heart, but it was a strange experience, some not the fault of the motel: 1) non-smoking room with smoking odor, a cigarette butt lying on the seat of the non-working recliner next to a lighter. 2) The hotel was overbooked and the very nice clerk worked to juggle the mess. […] 3) We had drunks trying to get into their friends room (ours) five times in the middle of the night. The dirtiest, most poorly maintained hotel I have stayed in , in my life. Furniture was stained. Non-smoking room smelled smokey. Couldn't get in front door with my entrance card. Halls were filthy. Hair dryer didn't work. One tiny face towel. Front desk staff was helpful.

We arrived about 2:00am and found the lobby dark and locked. They had said they were open 24 hrs a day. It was only after we walked around that the manager saw us and came to a tiny window to exchange papers for our stay. There was no shower and the room was not clean.

It's worn out and the lack of cleanliness isn't helping. It's on the verge of disgusting; some serious scrubbing on the tile, etc would do wonders. It's next to the freeway and in a section of town that is tired and in transition. There are more locals staying there than travelers...the parking lot activity will make many feel uncomfortable. All pretty […] harmless, but unnerving to many. Add that it had a couple of burned out bulbs and two actually missing, and it turned into an udder failure of a stay. Comes down to basic elbow grease and simple maintenance. Price was right is always an argument. When we attempted to check in, the attendants were too busy to even acknowledge us. We were eventually told "We'll be right with you," and then another 8 minutes later (while listening to their conversation about work schedules, and days off, etc.) were told again, "Sorry, shift change. We'll be right with you." The owner/manager(?) was on the computer […] in the lobby while we were waiting, and once we finally did get the attention of the attendant, this man interrupted our check-in process to demand a list of rooms that were ready/not ready. The facility was somewhat seedy, with the pool empty and bare-chested men smoking outside various rooms along the route to our assigned room, which made us a little nervous. When we got to our room, the bed was partially unmade, there was some unknown substance in the coffee pot still, and no cups or linens. We called the front desk and were brought some towels, which were soft and appeared clean. The shower was surprisingly good, with excellent pressure, however, the burn marks on the toilet seat cover did put a bit of a damper on the bathroom experience. We were scheduled to stay two nights, but I immediately began checking into the terms of service to see if we could cancel for the second night and stay elsewhere. Meanwhile, we had to make do and decided our vehicle would probably be safest if we parked it close to the main office where there was some light, which would deter any would-be vandals/thieves. Upon check in we noticed we were short on towels and in the evening when we came back from dinner there were people outside all through the night. We ran out of toilet paper during the night and kleenex as well.

The office staff was great, the housekeeping was poor. The wallpaper was hanginh half off the wall in the bathroom and was moldy underneath making the moldy odor thru out the main areas. well the website said there would be a microwave in the room and there wasnt. Also we booked this hotel because it was close to our location and most importantly it had a pool, but when we got there the pool wasnt even full and had a 4 wheeler parked inside the fence. it would have been nice to know the pool was out of order because i would have booked […] somewhere else. it also would have been nice to know that they were in the process of painting the motel. but the staff was great!! so that did make up for the bad things a little and the room was very clean and the beds were pretty darn comfortable. We stayed here because we became stuck in spokane when our car broke down. If you have the money to stay elsewhere please do it. It was sooo dirty. None of us wanted to shower there. Made sure to triple check the sheets before getting in bed. Had a disgustingly stained chair in our room. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the convention center and the fact it had an outdoor pool, which came up in a hotel search. Well, the pool was out of service and it was 100 degrees during our stay. The computer in the lobby was out of order. We have stayed in several Days Inn's and this was the worst condition we have ever had!!! They advertise an outdoor pool, yes but it was not filled and had an ATV parked on the apron of the pool. There were phones in the room, but not hooked up and the WiFi advertised did not work!!! The keys to the room were not reliable and we had to get the desk […] clerk to try and let us in. The bathroom door was streaked with "some kind of DIRT" and I washed this off as it was disgusting. If we had not charged this room to our credit card we would have relocated immediately. In all of our booking through the hotels network we have had very good success, but this incident makes me feel that I have to investigate the hotels a lot better. We are seniors and look for affordable motels, but this was a real eye opener. The breakfast was from 6am to 9am, but they usually had nothing left by 8am,not even coffee. I strongly suggest that this motel not be advertised on your site, as the people and neighborhood are not suitable for seniors, or families!!! Read more

The clerk was rude but apologized later, we had one hand towel, one bath towel, no washcloths for four people. We never did have wash cloths, only hand towels.
