Entire hotel has a musty old cigarette smell, which managed to attach itself to our clothes and luguage. Lock not working. Some rooms had holes in the doors. Pictures on website of hotel room in no way represents the current reality.

The non-smoking room reeked of smoke due to smokers only a few rooms down, and the hall carpets were dirty. When we got there, the TV didn't work, there were stains on the carpet and the chair, the room smelled like urine and we couldn't adjust the air conditioning. It was a miserable night's stay on very hard beds with no blanket besides the bedspread. […] In addition, the breakfast was minimal, to say the least. There was no fruit, the coffee was watered down, and not all of the tables were clean at 8:00 in the morning. I expect to travel this route again, but I will never stay here again. Read more

I had a first floor non-smoking room with a king size bed. Everything was very clean and I thought the room size was nice for the price I paid. Overall I was pleased and would stay again. The shower worked well and had plenty of hot water. The drain was a little slow but not a problem for me.

Over the years, I have stayed at almost every hotel in Columbia. In general, it is the ABSOLUTE BEST of the hotels in that price range. I plan to make that my new lower-budget answer to Columbia.

I frequent this location quite often when visiting my hometown. I LOVE the staff and the way they welcome me at each stay. Everything was absolutely perfect! I'm able to always get the room I want, there's always a great value, multiple amenities are nearby, and direct access to the highways. Thank-you all again for your wonderful hospitality!

We arrived late in the evening, drove around back to get into the hotel but the room keys wouldn't open up the entrance. Walked around to the front, got the hotel manager on duty and he came up to our room to help, which was nice, but the keys didn't work again, even he had trouble using them. I have stayed here twice and both times price is a key factor. I don't spend a lot of time in any hotel when I'm traveling but rather use it as a place to sleep and shower. This one is prefect for my needs. Added features include a very nice complimentary breakfast, indoor corridors, and a very pleasant staff. The side door was propped open at night by someone that mopped the floor, I noticed it because the hallway was freezing. Any one could enter and exit the hotel unseen. Night person at front desk had horrible attitude.@

I think we got a bargain. The main thing I appreciate is free wireless high-speed Internet. I had to upload files on deadline and had no problem. It was also not a problem logging on with more than one computer.

I've been staying at this location for the past couple of years now and seen it go through many ups and downs. The owner has done a phenomenal job of renovating and turning the hotel into a wonderful place. I think the staff is absolutely AMAZING and makes a guest feel welcomed. You could see a pack of gum, paperclips and other stuff under the night stand. Old lottery tickets in the drawer with the phone book. A dirty wash cloth was hanging over the shower head in the bathroom. The shower head was half stopped up. Very loud people in the other room next to mine.

I had a problem with the TV but the manager fixed it promptly. I especially enjoyed the above average shower head fixture as most hotels in this price range are usually just plain. The decor was average but very comfortable and my room was very clean.
