"NO COMPLAINTS"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.
"great experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

"good location for Town Ballroom events"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

Big attractions accompany the big falls experience in Canada. Fallsview Indoor Water Park, one of the continent’s largest, sits at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge. Nearby, MarineLand Canada features killer and beluga whales. Gamblers can chose between Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort, one of Canada’s largest. On a clear day, visitors can see Toronto atop the 520-foot Skylon Tower.

It was a budget place to stay and convient to attractions.
"Good hotel for pet owners"
Very pet friendly hotel, close to the falls.
"Great place to stay"
Our stay at the Best Western Fallsview was perfect. The location was ideal for a variety of restaurants in all price ranges. The hotel was very close to attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable; a great value all around.

"Don't bring your car to town, son:don't bring your"
Parking was an extra charge and the lot got full early in the evening. I was lucky to find a place to park even on hotel property,..obviously people that are not staying at the hotel and parking in our places and nobody cares,..Can't find the people, can't move the cars,..Oh well, we survived two nights,.other than that, Hotel was Ok!!
"The Best Western at Fallsview"
An older hotel, but clean. Friendly staff and the room was very large and comfortable. Within a nice walk to the fallls so it was a convenient place to stay.
"It was ok because of the location"
After waiting to get helped at the front desk for about 15 minutes, we were told they did not have our reservation and they insisted we were at the wrong hotel. I used the computer in the lobby to print out my reservation. The attendant had disappeared in that time and we waited another 15 minutes for someone else to help us. Turns out they had us booked […] on the wrong date. Since they had us booked on the wrong date they obviously didn't read the reservation. We were on our honey moon and I had asked for any upgrades they could accomodate. We were in a room with 2 double beds on the 1st floor next to a minimart, with a sliding glass door with no lock(it had a bar stopper) out to the parking lot. I know this room was not expensive and we booked it because it was what we could afford, but during the week in october, they could have given us something better. I work in the hotel industry. I know how it works. By the end of our stay I got over all that because the Location was perfect. But We will not go back to that hotel and spend the money to go a few feet down the road to the Hilton which is on the same block. Read more

"Huge room"
This was without a doubt the largest room I have ever stayed in. It was just beautiful, clean and close to the falls, although at our age it was quite a walk but we made it to the falls and back. It was a honeymoon trip for us. Would most definitely stay there again.

Love this place, we'll be back
"Just a note"
Remember to add $11.20 per day if you have a car. Great location, walk to falls on the Canadian side. Great shows across the street at the Casino. Fireworks on Friday nights and colored lights on the falls nightly.
"Best Western Fallsview"
Beautiful room, great location, very clean and everyone was helpful and friendly! If I ever go back to Niagara Falls, will stay there again. Also, the woman I spoke to at Hotels.com was extremely helpful.
"Not what I expected...It was much more!"
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were more than satisfied with our choice. It's a few mins walk from everywhere and anything that you want to do and see. Next year when we go back for our anniversary we will be staying here again. For the price I expected average, but was blown away by this place. I highly endorse it.
"Stay at Niagara falls falls view"
The stay was plesent and good. We all liked it and will recommend to our friends
"The Fallsview Hotel Niagara Falls"
I would only recommend it because of its location. The hotel itself is very mediocre.

"Best Western Fallsview, Niagara Falls, Canada"
This hotel was convenient to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. It was a short walk to the Table Rock Welcome Center and a bit longer walk to the Clifton Hill area, but we were a group of 4 seniors ranging in age from 64 to 70 and were able to do the walk in about 20 to 25 minutes. We were right across the street from one of the casinos. The room […] was comfortable, except for the bath towels, which were small and very rough. There was no safe, fridge or microwave in the room, but we made due with that. We ate breakfast at their restaurant every morning and the food was good, plus they gave us a 10% off coupon for the restaurant so that made it even more affordable. Food in Niagara Falls is NOT cheap. I would definitely stay here again. The Clifton Hill area is more central, but also more expensive. It is also a lot more built up than it was the last time we were here and geared to the younger crowd. This location was just right for us. Read more
"Very Close to Niagara Falls"
We chose this place randomly from hotels.com because the rates were pretty good. We've never been to the area before but consider ourselves lucky because this hotel is just minutes away from the Falls. Rooms were pretty clean, parking was $10 a day. Not too bad considering you have to pay for parking pretty much anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the […] falls. I caught a glimpse of an indoor pool but didn't get to use it. overall a good hotel. doesn't have a lot of modern amenities but it was clean and comfortable. just want to note that the hotel makes you sign a section that says they can kick you out if you make too much noise. we asked the attendant why and he said its because a lot of people go there from the casino across the street and have parties. luckily, we didn't experience this. "The Best Wester Fallsview - Canadian side"
This hotel was great for pets. We were able to leave our dog with them and they walked our dog when needed. The people where very nice. There is an extra charge of 25.00 a day for pets and 10 a day for parking.

The hotel price and location were great. That could also be the reason why many of the guests are the noisiest. I was awaken several times in the night by loud and inconsiderate guests. I was told that it was $10 for parking but ended up paying $13.52 taxes included.
Stayed in hotel 10 years ago. It is really nice. Did not like the paying for parking. But the rest is great.
"AWESOME for Dogs"
We have a new puppy and they were amazing with her. The hotel was great - everyone was super friendly. The one and only issue were the beds are just impossible to sleep in - terrible - bedding is not nice and the comfort is not there - the rooms are big though and you are really close to everything - we kenneled our dog each night when we went out on […] the town and she was treated great - they walked her. This hotel truly made are vaca with a puppy way easier. Minus no sleep. :/ Read more
"Best Western Falls View, Ontario, Canada"
Location is great. Walking distance to evreything the falls, downtown, and the casino. Nice pool and hot tub inside, nice pool outside. Room was ready for us even though we were two hours early for check in they let us in. Had to pay for parking that was ok a little high, but buses took up over thirty parking spaces which made it tough to find a spot; […] but considering the location did not really need the car. We would stay at this hotel again, the price was great and clean rooms. The maid service was very slow, and unfriendly, but eventually they did a good job cleaning. Read more

"Best Western"
Great location, a short walk to the Falls. The location made it very easy for us to see everything. Parking was reasonable and hotel staff suggestions were very helpful.
"Great Hotel"
Our stay at this hotel was awesome. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The location was great, right across the road from Margaritaville, Casino Fallsview, Imax Theater, Skylon Tower and the falls itself. Food at the restaurant was great and they have daily specials. Staff was friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was exceptional! Only […] thing was there wasnt many channels on the tv but other than that our stay was great. Read more
"A Great Stay"
We sure enjoyed our stay! The hotel is not a new property but a well maintained property. The location in relationship to the falls and Queen Victoria Park could not be more ideal! The hotel staff were very knowledgable about local activities and more than willing to answer questions in a relaxed manor making sure we had all the information they could […] provide. The surounding area is clean and there is so much to do in walking distance. We parked and did not move our car until we were ready to depart for our return back to the US. The hotel was quiet and very comfortable! We will definately book back into this property on our next stay in Niagara Falls, Ont.! Read more
"Best Western Fallsview, no frills!"
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Everything was so clean and their are tons of attractions within walking distance. The staff didn't seem to know much when I asked questions regarding the hotel (it took forever to inquire about extending my stay by 3 days), which was odd. Be warned: The Wi-Fi is absolutely […] horrible. You might as well give me AOL 2.0 or something from 1999, the connection was so bad. Before we settled into this hotel I found out rates from the other hotels in the area... the Hilton and Holiday Inn are literally across the street. The Best Western Fallsview was $50-$100 cheaper. Big plus when you just really need a place to sleep and shower! The Maid of the Mist and Casino are within walking distance... and Clifton Hill is also within walking distance, just a longer walk, haha. If you walk across the street to the Hilton, you can fake your way onto one of the free shuttles that go on the Casino/Hotel/Clifton Hill route. It's only supposed to be available for some hotels (basically the more $$$ ones), but I used it my entire stay, no problem. I also had to walk into the Hilton a couple of times right when I got out of the shuttle to keep up the illusion, but no big deal. :P Best Western charges $10 a night for parking, and it is a very pet friendly hotel! Friendly staff, we were allowed to enter our room early. Our room was upgraded because of work on other side of building. Very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again.
"Good room, Great location, Low price"
The hotel was next to the casino and a 5mins walk from the falls. The location was great, and food was plentiful. Great Brazilian Steakhouse nearby. The room was the normal, nothing special, its what you can expect from a Best Western. I have a full size chevy silverado and was only charged the normal rate of $10.00 to park, not the oversized fee […] of $25.00 Read more

"Hotel in Niagra Falls, CA"
This hotel had very comfortable beds. It is an older hotel that has been refurbished. The staff is efficient and friendly. Our request for a cot was met with a fee. We had to pay an additional fee for parking. They did include a breakfast coupon at check in, which was unexpected, but appreciated. The hotel was dog friendly. The front desk personal told […] us to park our car outside of our room window where we could see it. This led to some concern, but when we went for a walk in the morning, it seemed to be a nice, tourist type area with few problems. Perhaps just keep the car locked. Read more
"Best Western Niagara Falls"
This was a quick one-night stop on our way to NY. Hotel was conveniently located, close to everything, clean. When we first pulled up there were a lot of people out on their balconies and we thought "oh, no - a party place" -- but that wasn't the case at all. Very convenient to all the things we wanted to do and see ... and you can walk to falls if […] you can walk back up a slight hill. Right across the street from Margaritaville. good value for cost. "niagara stay"
hotel room clean, good solid bed for sound sleep,no outside noise or very little, close to everything we wanted to see and do.will do it again
"Clean, No frills, Good Location"
A great value between the dumps on Lundy's Lane and the the ultra close ones right on the falls. Across the street from the IMAX theatre and within walking distance to the falls. Very clean, family friendly large rooms in an updated motel. Reasonable parking rates.
"GREAT value."
This room was HUGE for what we paid for. It almost could have been two rooms. We visited our friends staying in the honeymoon sweet at the Radisson, and their room was tiny compared to ours... and probably cost double.Spotless when we got in. The decor was a bit outdated, but who really cares... fuzzy walls in the hallway was .. interesting! THe elevator […] was slow and small, so getting to the room often involved the stairs, but the 3rd floor wasn't too far up. The only real issue we had was that our A/C was broken, but luckily it was a cool night so we left the sliding glass door to our balcony open a bit. Definitely recommend! Read more

great hotel conveniently located in walking distance to all major attractions at niagara falls. hotel was simple- yet clean and updated.
"BW Fallsview - Good location went with family"
We arrived after driving 9hrs and happy that check in went smoothly. We got a room on a no pet floor and the crib we requested came shortly after we got in the room. It was clean and spacious. We stayed in the section where the mini mart was. the only thing bad about the room was that there was no sheer curtain. They only have the thick curtain and […] when you open it people might be able to look in (but we where on the second floor and it was close enough to the ground and the parking lot. The hotel location was great. 5-10mins downhill to the Falls and longer to come back up, 5-10mins in the other direction to Clifton hill. Skylon Tower was a 5min walk. Once you got near the Falls everything was more or less near by. Food in the Falls area is expensive, so be prepared to shell out money, but if you have a car then head 5-10mins up Lundy's Lane and all the fast food places there are at lower prices. There is even a Walmart on Dorchester to buy snacks for the day. Check out was easy too, they just left an envelop on your floor, if you have a bill just sign, write your comments, leave the keys inside and drop them off in the lobby box. We didn't try the pool, they have an indoor and outdoor one, although the outdoor one didn't look that appealing I must say. We would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again. Read more
"Great Location"
A short walk to the falls. Very close to public transportation, so you can park your car and not worry. Close to everything you would want to see. Stayed in the old part, which was okay. New building looked great. They are making many improvements. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient with any request we had.
