I would recommend this hotel for short stays. The hotel staff are very nice, the rooms are clean however a bit small. It is a older hotel but kept in good, clean condition. The continental breakfast was very good.

This was a last minute booking. Without any research I booked the room and expected my girlfriend to have complaints about it, since she is very picky about cleanliness. It turned out that she was very impressed and liked it more than the hotel she had booked.

We chose the Baymont Inn because it accepts pets. Unfortunately, the rooms for people with pets are on the freeway side of the motel. The noise was awful. On the second night, we ran the fan all night to try to drown out the freeway noise to no avail. And for a motel that accepts pets, you would think there would be a little grassy area for the pets. […] Not here. My dog went on the rocks. The only highlight of our stay was a lovely Japanese woman who works in the breakfast dining area. She was quite pleasant. The other staff, not so much. Also, this is supporsed to be a non-smoking facility but the first room we checked into obviously had a recent smoker. If you're planning on staying here because you have a pet, keep looking! It pains me to be negative.... I wanted so badly to have a fun weekend with my daughter... The front desk staff (male) that we dealt with was horribly rude... Then when we left to go to dinner we were locked out of our room.... Apparently due to noise complaints... Noise??? We weren't even there!! When we called him to ask why our keys wouldn't work […] he Hung to on me..... Then he put additional charges on my credit card without notifying me. When I called the next day the gal at the desk said she had questioned him about the extra charges... But he said to keep them on... And since he was her MANAGER She had to comply... I asked her to have him call me ... She said ok.... He didn't of course. Not cool Read more

This motel was comfortable and nice. The only complaint I have is that the carpet was lumpy - which makes you wonder - what is under the carpet? But it was a nicely updated room. I personally prefer an inn where the rooms open to a hallway rather than to outside but if I had to stay in a motel like that, this one was great. Good enough place for me, fairly quiet even though it was right beside the freeway, good breakfast. Carpet in my room seemed dirty though, like stuff had been spilled on it in the past. Not a big deal though if you wear your shoes.

Clean room, hot water, cable TV, all at a very reasonable price. What more do you need? I stayed 4 nights for a work-related training course in the area. Staff was friendly and efficient. I felt secure in my room and had no worry leaving my possessions while I was out during the day. I returned to fresh towels and a made bed each day. I didn't take […] advantage of the continental breakfast so I can't speak to its quality but they do offer one. The location was convenient with immediate freeway access and enough services very close by. Traffic made coming and going a little difficult but that's hardly the fault of the hotel. My daughter and I needed to find a place near Redmond.. and a place that would take a dog. I found this place, and it worked perfectly! Room was very clean and comfortable. My teenager was happy that there was 2 sinks, and Cable TV with HBO... Cordial reception at desk in nice lobby with seating area, television, and computer/printer. Elevator made luggage carrying so much easier. Luggage carts available. Clean room with double sinks. Close to 405 freeway going in to Seattle.

Staff was very courteous and cheerful despite being busy with fully booked hotel on Saturday. Freeway side was noisy. We had to run the fan all night to mask the noise. Breakfast was very good but dining room was very small making access difficult. Had to wait in line for simple things like coffee. We had a smoking room (did not notice when reserving, […] our fault) but when we discovered that an hour later, we were told we could not cancel without full night payment even though hotel was fully booked when we reserved a day earlier. first of all had a heck of a time getting to it at nighttime. it's easy to find going northbound off I405 but not so much southbound. I finally had to call the hotel and couldn't get there even with the night clerk's directions so I got on i405 southbound turned around at the next intersection and went via northbound i405. Then when he gave me my room […] key and directions had a heck of a time finding my room it's tucked in a little alleyway which didn't make me feel too good. This hotel is right next to the freeway; amazingly enough, that provides a white noise that makes sleep comfortable. Most hotels occasionally have problems with noisy neighbors and this hotel was no exception, but it really wasn't significant. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, although the carpet was a little ratty near the bathroom. Closet […] space was wide, the room was large, and the microwave and refrigerator went a long way toward making travel more convenient. There is a Shari's and a smaller cafe right next door. Truly, my only complaint was that the bathroom door swings inward so you have to step beside the toilet to shut it completely. If you are using it, and someone comes in, your knees are in serious danger. It was a small price to pay for a comfortable, clean, and reasonably-priced room close to where I needed to be. Read more

I stayed at this hotel specifically because it was close to where I needed to go and the price was reasonable, compared to some of the others in the area. It met our needs, but the place was overrun with soccer players, and I had to move my room to have a decent night's sleep. It seemed it would have made more sense on the hotel's part to put young […] athletes on the ground floor so that they wouldn't be running around, causing others to be bothered by noise. the freeways is so close you can hear the freeway noise inside the room. settling in and turning the tv on drowns the noise out. and i sleep with earplugs anyway so it was fine. the bed and bedding were great and overall a fine affordable place to stay.

The staff were really friendly, the room was great, and they even offered free toiletries in case we forgot any. we didn't need to use this feature, but it made us feel at home.
