Shuttle bus to hotel was good. They were busy and the hotel was full. Fast registration. Hotel was clean and they were installing new carpeting. Have stayed there about 8 times and will go back. Good value and close to the airport.

The hotel offered cheap accomodation for those wishing to find a place to crash after a long flight. It is only a 5 minute walk from the arrival lounge, but you need to walk along a carpark at the edge of the terminal and then across a set of traffic lights. If you are loaded with luggage, a 5 minute walk may not be your ideal way of arriving, but be […] warned, the hotel courtesy bus only comes when called, so you need the hotel number to call when you arrive. Our mobiles did not work and we only had the hotel.com number on our confirmation slip, so it might pay you to get the hotel number in advance to be safe and use a payphone when you get there. The breakfast was OK, but you will need to ask someone on the staff to make the waffles for you, it is quite an art form.....but well worth it if you want to engage in the local culture. Read more

Check in was slow, check out was even worse. Room was abaout as clean as my garage on a bad week. but if you need a room close to the airplanes, then this is one you can look at. do not go there for a fun filled family or intimate night cause it aint gona happen.

Chose this hotel because it was close to airport and I thought I can book a room before and after my trip to Orlando and receive free parking for the days before and after my trip. Front counter staff was very pleasant to talk to, especially since I believe that the were understaffed. When we came in the front door, there was a gentleman getting registered and then the receptionist told him that she would be just a moment, and ran off somewhere in the hotel. Then came back after 2-3 minutes and apoligized. So basically it took […] us 10-15 minutes to register and it wasn't even busy. Also, that bathroom needed a little more attention. Not impressed all at. We were using this hotel as a stop over hotel with the assumption that because they offered an airport shuttle that we would have parking for the week. Not the case. When we arrived there was very limited parking available and when I checked in and made inquires about the parking for the week, I was advised that their parking was […] sold out. Parking was a problem. It seemed liked the hotel is renting out spaces for guests to leave their cars at the hotel while they have gone to take the plane to another city. During our stay, we noticed cars covered with dust parked at same spots for days. Although there is additional parking they are next door by the fence and very dark. This Hotel was great for what I needed. The breakfast was also very good and had a good selection of hot and cold items. The only downside of the stay was the lack of good internet service where there was no signal in the rooms and staying for business made it difficult.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pub on site was nice, not the greatest service, but ok. I was totally amazed at the free breakfast in the morning!! We were pleased at the location, close to Air Port, free shuttle, to and from. Great breakfast included. Staff friendly, and accommodating It was great and we will definitely use again. No elevator so if you are not on the main floor, you do have to get your bags up a flight. .

Close to terminal, great continental breakfast which speeds up the morning routine. Nice to have access to decent food in house when we arrrived. Be aware there is no elevator, which makes taking luggage to the second floor a large task when you have children. Good value for cost.
