I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

The hotel was reasonably priced and a two minute walk from the falls! The rooms were nice (King sized beds!) but watch out for extra charges...they will charge you a hefty rate at the end of your stay for just one nights parking.

My major likings were the hotel room, location to major attractions, and the continental breakfast( the woman that serves it keeps all the ingrediants so i was able to eat some of the gluten free food)

"Okay place"
This hotel was adequate. Bathroom was very small, but functional. We requested a wake-up call which never came. Had to get more washcloths, since only one was provided...they were brought promptly. TV cable was not working...although was later fixed. Room was clean enough, but smelled rather stale.
We arrived friday night to check in around 9:45. We got our keys and went to the room. Before even stepping over the threshold, all we could smell was SMOKE coming from the room. As a person with ASTHMA, I knew there was NO WAY I would be able to sleep in this room if I wanted to wake up healthy the next day. Let alone the fact that we were in St. Catherine's […] for a running race. There is no way I would have been able to run at all after sleeping in a smoke filled room. I went and spoke to the front desk and after pushing a bit and initially being told there was nothing they could do, we did get our room replaced with another that was free of smoke. Before the switch was made, he (Roy) did tell me because I booked with Hotels.com I would have to contact them. When I booked I was told it was a smoke free room and though I know they cannot control what guests do, THERE IS NO WAY THE CLEANING STAFF WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE SMOKE WELL BEFORE WE WERE TO ARRIVE. Unfortunately it added some unneeded stress. Like I said though, we were switched to a new room and were very happy with the accommodations. Just wish we didn't have to go through all that hastle in the first place. We ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel too and it was REALLY GREAT!!!!!!!!!! Read more
"best western st.catharines-close to QEW"
conveniant location,but the noises of people coming and going all night long was very disturbing. Maybe carpeting the hallways would cut down on the clickety clack of shoes on the hard floor which may help somewhat in noise reduction.

"Excellent Stay!"
The hotel was great, no complaints at all. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. The front desk was very friendly. Great experience overall!

We arrived to find that our standard room was smack in the middle of about 10 young Hockey teams in town for a tounament. Tami at the counter was extremely good in noticing this and immedeately and with a smile offered us a free upgrade to a business room that was in another part of the Hotel entirely. "Best western st.catharines"
The experience was great, however, if going to niagara falls, it's not convenient to cab back and forth as no cabs want to take you to st.catharines. Hotel was nice - book on best westerns site though, we got charged more booking with hotels.com than we did booking on best westerns web site! Enjoy your stay! I sure did.
