The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was modern and comfortable. There is free WiFi, a Bose music system that also charges your iPod or iPhone, aplace to hook-up a laptop and there is a wireless keyboard to surf the internet with the TV. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed. The shower wall is also a wall near the bed. You must […] flip a switch to change the shower wall from clear to opaque. This is an unusual design feature. Enjoyed a buffet style breakfast with the choice of a full English breakfast or a continental breakfast. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Location and only location"
The hotel is not bad but not a 4 star hotel. It is very basic.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel with friendly personnel"
We stayed with our two children in a family room and enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly personnel and good service.Genuine Expedia guest review
""Meh" for the money."
There's nothing expressly wrong with this hotel. Good location if your business is near London Bridge. But when you're paying over $300/night for a bed, one hopes the accommodations to be a little nicer than a holiday inn express level, ya know? It's all there in the room: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker. Appreciate the free wi-fi, […] though the free speed would not support smooth streaming. As for ambience, I don't think there was a time I left my room - day or night - when I didn't encounter a housekeeper's service cart in the hallway. Finally, 15 GPB for breakfast buffet with some of the worst coffee ever? Well, let's just say it did not blow my socks off. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"very nice hotel, easy access to Tower of London."
Staff were very helpful when I needed to order a taxi, or print out my boarding passes. The breakfasts were always hot and the food was great. The dining room staff were very courteous.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel and location, but don't make a call."
The hotel was clean and well equipped. The hotel was conveniently located near the Tower Hill metro station and the Thames river walk. Don't make any outgoing calls as two local calls to the local Eurostar office (twenty minutes in total) cost me an exorbitant hundred pounds!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel. Nice too small room for a family room"
Day noise due a construction beside. Late night noise Caused by young people leaving bars around hotelGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great Place to Stay"
The location was very convienient, next to the tube and the Tower of London. Staff was very helpful, and went out of their way to assist us. Only issues were the room was somewhat smaller than I expected, and the air conditioning was not adequate, given the hot weather during our visit, but these were relatively minor inconvieniences, particularly given […] the relatively low price for the room. I would certainly stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great London Stop Over"
The location of this hotel was perfect. We were able to walk to very good dining options as well as walk to the sightseeing bus. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We look forward to another trip to London and would definitely stay at the Novotel Tower Bridge again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Everything about the hotel was good especially the location. However, there was no drawer to put the cloth. Small room but the bed was comfortable.Genuine Expedia guest review
"with very pleasant & comfortable stay."
its all worth having this hotel. i thanked expedia for giving us this superb hotel to stay in. no adjectives is enough on how grateful we are for a comfortable stay in london at novotel tower bridge hotel branch.Genuine Expedia guest review
Overall ok, staff was friendly and room clean. However the Ac wasn't really cooling much and it was hot! The breakfast buffet had good variety and location was not so bad a little walking distance from main attractions. No really true amenities at the hotel for children besides Xbox game in the lobby.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good location, carpet needs replacement"
The hotel is great. Fantastic location, literally a minute from the underground. Great breakfast buffet for a short stay (may get boring for longer stay as the menu is same everyday) The room was good, but the carpet was dirty. Needs new carpet in the room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent base in London"
Excellent location for sightseeing, close to rail, fantastic staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Only downside was getting there from Heathrow during afternoon commute.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Comfortable hotel with a great location for access to tube, trains, and buses.Very family friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good location near London Tower Bridge"
Rooms are small but we managed with four in the room. Queen Bed for parents with a couch that made into a bed and a trundle bed for our two sons. Very Close to Tower Hill Underground station. Fairly good breakfast buffet.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel close to the tube & Tower of London"
No complaints about the location. It's nice to be able to walk out of hotel the first morning to visit the Tower of London before the crowds arrive. with Tower Hill station just a block away, it was convenient to get to and from hotel using the tube. We were upgraded to the Executive room which had a pamphlet that stated free waters, but we were charged […] anyway because it wasn't included in the upgrade. How rude! we didn't ask for an upgraded room, we did ask for a room that slept 3 and had assumed we would get a sofa bed. Instead we had a rollaway bed that consumed all the floor space. Plus there were only 2 towel sets for our family of 3. We found the check in and check out staff to be quite rude. hotel food was expensive so we ate in nearby pubs with views overlooking tower bridge. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Mainly for business travelers; works for families"
I think that this hotel is primarily for business travelers, but space-wise, two adjoining rooms worked well for our family of six. If you are traveling with kids, the hotel breakfast is very expensive. The best inexpensive choices for food are right across the street at the Tower of London -- five minutes, tops, to walk. There's also a small nearby […] playground that's very nice. There were problems with our room, but the hotel staff attended to them promptly. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Nice room. AC either was broken or not very good. Didn't improve after they "looked" at it. Was a bit uncomfortable on a summer night. Worse as the beds don't have a top sheet, only a comforter. Only other complaint was that an opaque glass wall separates the bathroom from the bedroom. A very cool look, but you can't turn the bathroom lights on at night […] as it lights up the entire bedroom, waking up your partner. Overall, I liked the place however. Hotel is located close to the Tower Hill train station & within walking distance to the Tower Bridge of London. I will stay in this hotel on my next visit to London.Genuine Expedia guest review
Whilst staff individually helpful, if you ask for information you get quite different answers from different members of staff. Booked for the free wifi in the room. It was a weak signal. I did not think it right that I should pay GBP 10 a day extra to have "premium" wifi as offered in the room. This was not highlighted anywhere when making the reservation. "Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Staff!"
Great Location: Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Thames Walkway, Subway Station, Buses, Restaurants, Bars all near by. Great Hotel with super friendly staff!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice location, clean, polite."
The location was wonderful, the staff friendly - even when my children managed to do in two whole sets of sheets with some sort of random stomach virus. Laundry is outrageous, with no facilities to wash and their service being really expensive, but I expected this of London. The room was a little small. It was booked as a family room, but we couldn't […] have a baby bed in there with the sofa bed extended. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great London hotel"
We stayed here for five nights on a trip to London before heading to Paris. The staff were great and the hotel was clean. Our room was large, especially by European standards. We arrived early in the day before our room was ready but the hotel allowed us to use their facilities in their fitness center to clean up and checked our luggage so we could […] go out. It was on a quiet street close to the Underground and several different restaurants. Great hotel. I'd definitely recommend it! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We took the long weekend off to take the kids to London. Very convenient location, next to the Tube and London tower. Breakfast was great with something for everyone to eat. Plenty of food and no wait or lines. Having a reasonably priced restaurant in the lobby was a big help for feeding the tired family at the end of the evening. Plenty of good restaurants […] within a short walking distance. Our room was perfect size and accommodated the four of us very comfortably. We usually have to get two rooms when traveling to Europe but this was perfect. Nice staff and good service. Kids friendly environment. This hotel was exactly what we needed for a short trip. "Clean and Comfortable"
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and a great location right next to subway station. Food in restaurant excellent. For a change, there are several restaurants in the area. On a negative note, there is virtually no room service to speak of, so when we returned from a day trip, had to order in from a pizza parlor, or accept the choice of two sandwiches. "Relaxing Hotel, extreemely well located"
Loved the hotel, great location to get to and from and explore what london has to offer. As is the case with most hotels in rainy countries the carpet in the room looks a bit sorry, but all else looks modern and nice. Best of all, after a day of walking around the sights, relaxing in the super modern sauna downstairs is a pleasure. It is the bets equipped […] and decorated I have seen in this price class. "GREAT HOTEL IN LONDON"
GREAT LOCATION. WELL KEPT. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Location, accommodations & staff all great"
Staff was very nice. Computer w/ printer in the lobby to print boarding passes & an extra luggage storage room so we could check out, spend one more day in London, then come back for our bags for our late afternoon flight. Also let us use a UK power adapter & gave us an extra toothbrush. The breakfast was great w/ breads, croissants, scrambled & fried […] eggs, bacon, mushrooms, fruit, beans, waffles, sausage, juices, coffee, hot chocolate. The room had a fold out bed for our two children. Room was tight but manageable. Had a safe, iron, ironing board, & refrigerator where we just bought our own drinks & kept them in there instead of the buying from the mini bar. Had a full bathtub & shower together, toilet area was very small. Location at Tower Hill station is excellent. Three minute walk to Tower of London, Tower Bridge, & boat docs. Only a 10 minute tube ride back to central London. It's an easy tube ride from Heathrow, just one change at South Kensington, but it's about an hour ride. Check for maintenance being done on the Circle & District lines near the hotel. They completely closed the station near the hotel the entire weekend we were there & had to make alternate routes on the bus or walk 10 minutes away to another station, Aldgate East I think. If there's no weekend line construction, the location is excellent. If there is, expect bus 15 that stops at the station to be packed to the gills & it takes a while on the bus to get to Charring Cross. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I travel a LOT, esp international. So I have seen plenty of good & bad hotels. And this hotel was great. Just a 5 minute walk to the Tube or DLR, or Tower of London. And great, friendly staff. Breakfast was great as well - tons in the buffet to choose from. I lucked out and got a high up room on the south side with a view of the Tower of London and […] Tower bridge. My one gripe is that they should give everyone strong wifi and not make just the "weak" wifi free. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I had a comfortable staying in this hotel. Only one problem happened in my first night. I tried to make the water go down the sink in the bathroom by taken out the stopper, as I was doing so, feces were flowing back up from the pipes. It was a very disgusting incident. So my first night had to embrace it and clean up the sink. Since then, I used bottle […] water to rinse my mouth and wash my face. I didn't make a big deal and complain it to the front desk, its was because I want to see if it's continue to happen first. I gave it the benefit of doubt of that probably caused by the pipeline design. Thanks goodness, that was the only incident. Other than that Iam fine during the entire length of staying in this hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Very clean and kept up. Close to lots of great sights and the tube.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very close to the tube, plenty of restaurants and pubs close by. Rooms are a bit small but I think that is normal in London overall. Clean rooms and everything was pretty smooth.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to my venue"
The hotel was OK. But it's really annoying that you have to be charged exra for WiFi in the room, when this is standard in so many others. Had I seen this when I was booking I would have chosen a different hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nine people in tow!"
We went with 9 people so we had 3 rooms. I still gave it a 5 star even with the 4 star for the comfort of the room. We, in the US, are too complacent with the things that we have so we expect the same. Our 4 star is a little different than their 4 star, hence the 4 star on the comfort of the room. The rooms were smaller than I expected. The pull out […] sofa bed was only comfortable for one adult (or 2 kids). Overall experience of the hotel was fantastic, however. The staff were always friendly regardless of the time. The breakfast included with the room rate was one of the best. Croissant every morning was always fresh and fluffy. The manager in the cafe was always doing what he can to accommodate the different parties that were queuing up so props to the cafe manager. The one take away I noticed that the service provided by the staff here was 5 star. I highly recommend this hotel for people travelling with families. The tube station was 2 minutes walks so very convenient. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Room for shower & sleep, this is the place!"
This hotel is located at a good location but a distance away from most of the attractions (Westminister) and action. I wasn't too happy with the service we got once we arrived at the hotel. It seems like they cater more to business people before families. I notice this when I was told to wait in the waiting area until they can get a room ready for me […] and my family. Another family was told the same thing. Two ladies come in and quickly they were given keys to their rooms. I stood waiting for 45 minutes. The room was pretty small compared to other rooms I've stayed in while in Europe and in Edinburgh. Our hotel standard rooms look like suites compare to the room at this hotel. I can tell you that although it was small it was clean. I would have to say that the rating was a 4 cause of housekeeping, being close to the tower of London and London Bridge. The bathroom was a little awkward. The toilet was in small closet with no sink. I had to go to the shower room next to the toilet room to wash my hand in the sink. Yeah, weird. The rug looks a little dated, but again it was OK. We only used the room to shower and sleep not so much to hang around in it. Hope this review was helpful. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"good hotel for a family"
Hotel was neat and had good service. The location is somewhat far from many attractions but very close to the Tower hill underground station, which made it easier for us to travel. The bathrooms are weird since they only have tinted glass and not solid wall and this was somewhat uncomfortable.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel for everybody"
The hotel is a very good place for a family. And for everybodyGenuine Expedia guest review
My wife, two children and I had a very pleasant stay at the Novotel Tower Bridge. We found the location excellent and were able to make the most of our short stay in London. The Tower Bridge was accessible, and a subway stop was just metres from the front door. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful to us and spent some time pointing us to the […] nearby sights and activities. The children - ages 10 and 11 - were happy with the accommodations and were also pleased with the access to the computers off the lobby. The only complaint we had was with the cost of the breakfast in the hotel. We were able to find a pub very nearby that served an excellent breakfast for much cheaper and we also went there for supper. The food was great and reasonably priced. Other than that, though, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
