The rooms felt like they were small and the breakfast was very limited, one day they did not have milk as the supply was not there kind of weird to hear that when even stores at gas stations have stock.

We stayed two nights in October for weekend at Sesame Place. So nice to be located right around the corner from the park and plenty of dining and shopping spots also nearby for great convenience. I expected the hotel to be clean, updated, and staff corteous - all were. Fav parts about the hotel were the fact that there was a tall dorm-style fridge and […] microwave in the room (didn't expect that and came in very handy for us). Also that the breakfast was robust for a complimentary meal - hot eggs and sausage, make your own pancakes, to-die-for-cinnabons. Also loved that there were fresh apples always plentiful in the lobby (my girls loved that) and hershey kisses by the business desk (girls loved that too). After we got home I realized we left some clothing items in the drawer. Front desk grabbed them for me and packaged them up to mail to my home (on my dime, but I guess I deserve that). Felt very good about selecting this hotel and would recommend. (Oh, and elevator was slow as I had read in reviews but since we were there in October and not peak season it didn't bother us). The room was very damp. No matter how we adjusted the air conditioning, it always felt damp and smelled musty. We checked out one day early because of it. Overall location and the convenience of breakfast included were great.

Everything was good except their shuttle only runs every 1/2 hour. Was stuck at Sesame for 1/2 hour b/c we missed shuttle by 3 minutes. We calledcan and they would not come to and get us. All other surrounding hotels have continuous shuttles. This was no good with 2 small children.

The only reason we stayed at this Holiday Inn Express location was to relax after a long exhausting day at Sesame Place. We checked in at 7 p.m. and left around 9 a.m. the next morning. I personally think that the hotel was a little expensive for the quality

The hotel was perfect for our needs. . . someplace close where my toddler could get a nap and still go back for more in the evening. The hotel staff was very accomodating, allowing us an early check in as well as late check out. Not a super luxury hotel, but that's not what we were expecting either. It was clean and tidy.

Front desk staff was VERY nice and informative. Shuttle service to and from Sesame was quick. Drivers, very nice and gave ice cold water to and from park to help beat the heat. Would surely stay here again.

We chose this hotel to visit Sesame Place and this one has a shuttle to transport you to and from the park which saved us a ton of money. Our room was relatively […] clean for a hotel but I always bring my own cleaning supplies and do a quick once over. The furniture was dated but in good condition. My only complaint about this hotel is the free breakfast. It was good... when we could get it. It is only out until 9:30 AM which seems quite early to me. At 9:30 ON THE DOT, they start pulling stuff right out from under people standing in line and THROW THE FOOD AWAY! We didn't even get to eat breakfast there the last 2 days of our stay because one morning the toaster AND the pancake machine were out of order and when we got there at 9:10 all that was left were some eggs and gravy and we were told they would not be putting anymore biscuits out. Eggs and gravy hardly constitutes a complete breakfast in my opinion. Based on that experience, we didn't even attempt to go down the next morning, we opted to drive 2 miles down the road to IHOP instead. So unless you are an early bird (we are not), don't count on getting your free breakfast in the mornings. Overall we had a very nice stay and would go back to this hotel if we visit the area in the future. Read more

The hotel is older hotel (not modern) but is in decent shape. The problem is that on my home from the hotel I realized that I had about 20 tiny red bug bites all over my legs!! Gross!! I will never go back to this hotel!!! ;(
