i picked this hotel due to its location and pricing. It was everything you could ask for. Service, food, and staff were all very helpful and couldn`t do enough for myself and my family for the week. I will be staying at this joint every time I come to Sydney. Very good

From the friendly greeting by the Doorman in top hat and black coat to the welcome and helpfulness of the concierge staff to our immaculate room to the breakfast buffet....the word is EXCELLENT. The concierge staff went above and beyond to be accomodating arranging tours, massages, providings maps and directions. Hotel is right in the heart of Sydney, truly just a short walk to shopping, restaurants, bus lines (including tour buses), ferry lines and all the "tourist" attractions. Don't miss the breakfast buffet for only $20. The best buffet in the city. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. Worthy of more than a 5 star rating.

The hotel is ideally sited for the main attractions around the circular quay. The atrium room was quite spacious and well equipped. There was free internet access. The staff went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. We did not have breakfast included but went literally across the road to an excellent, vibrant and reasonably priced cafe. Overall, no complaints.

Room was not ready at check in time. Sevrvice in the bar was not very good. There was a power failure and we had to walk up 6 flights of contrete stairs one would have thought that a Hotel of this caliber would have its own generator in case of emergency.

Located in the CBD, but only a couple of blocks from circular quay, the hotel has all the facilities you would expect for the price. A great spa and pool, superb food and a short walk or cheap cab to all popular destinations.
