The service at the bar was horrible. The bartender was unattentive and lacked basic interpersonal/customer service skills.

Very fair price. We had a very nice room with a kitchenette. I appreciated the heating/cooling system that was programable so it was not going on and off throughout the night.

"What happend to my king?"
Everything about the hotel stay was great, except I ordered a king bed on hotels.com and did not get a king bed. Instead I got two twin beds. I will definitley think twice before ordering on hotels.com again. I was very mislead. Not a very good start to my vacation.
"Great access to BOK Center"
Great hotel and service! Super friendly front desk. Security is returning iPod my husband left behind. I would stay here for any BOK Center event.

The hotel was very nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable and great amenities. Breakfast options in the hotel for the next morning were limited.
"Don't get what you reserve"
The main problem I had was that I booked and reserved a king bed room and upon check in at 2pm in the afternoon I was told that no king rooms were available. I was forced into a double bed room which made the sleeping arraingements very uncomfortable. "Hyatt Regency Tulsa"
I couldn't have asked for a better experience unless the hotel picked up the tab. Didn't know that parking costs extra. That took me by surprise.
Everything was great, except I had called before I arrived to get a rollaway bed in the room. I was told on the phone I could get it when I got there...no biggie. But when I go there, I had a double bed room and they would not let me get a rollaway bed :(!
"Hyatt Tulsa"
We had a very comfortable stay, good service, free shuttle to and from a concert, excellent breakfast in the cafe, all hotel staff extremely helpful.
"Good Enough"
The overall condition of the hotel is good and depending on what one were looking for is a good choice. My only issue was that over my two night stay every bath towel was frayed and I found that odd given the rest of the condition of the hotel.
"Needs improvement"
This location is not up to par as a Hyatt Regency. The rooms are in dire need of new furniture and new carpeting. The hotel seemed understaffed but the service was good considering how busy it was.
"Great Location"
A friend and I were in town for an event at the BOK Center. At check in we asked for the ease of getting there and how to handle our parking etc. The desk agent was very helpful in explaining her recommendations and the best way to go about getting to our event. Our room was very comfortable and so clean. And the coffee shop was almost as good as Starbucks! […] Will definitely be staying there again for my BOK Center adventures. Read more

"A Wonderful Christmas !!!"
In October of last year my husband lost his father and my mother-in-law lost her husband after a battle with cancer. She wouldn't come to see us so my family and sister-in-law went to see her. We cooked dinner and we had the grandchildren over for Christmas. The hotel was great and close to the house. So we were able to enjoy a comfortable night sleep […] and then spend time with my husband mom. It's nothing like being out of time with a wonderful hotel to relax in. The hotel and staff met all of our spectations. I will use you all again. Being able to get this great hotel at the last minute and so affordable made A Wonderful Christmas for All.. "Extra costs and rude service"
We drove to Tulsa just for the weekend and stayed at the Hyatt because of name recognition really. Last time that happens! Not only did I pay for the room on here, then you pay $8 for parking, $10 PER DEVICE if you want to use the WiFi. Water bottles were $4 apiece too. I don't think they understand it's located in Tulsa, OK, not Chicago or Dallas. […] When I went to the front desk to ask about the $10 PER DEVICE WiFi charge, I was spoken down to and informed that it is because they are a "full-service" hotel. Really? You gave me a key. That's it. I get better service when I stay at a Super 8 motel than at this place. And I travel an average of 110 days a year for business. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and because of the way I was spoken to, will not be staying at any other Hyatt either. Read more
"Central location in Tulsa"
The location of the hotel is close to all downtown venues. My only complaint is that the elevators are very noisy. If you room is by them I suggest you just leave the vent on in the room to drown out the rumbling.
"Great Stay"
Upon arrival the staff was very friendly. At check in they upgraded our our stay from the 5th Floor to the 15th just by asking, and received a list of restaurants open during Christmas. The cleaning staff was great also whereas I left Christmas gifts on the tables and they were picked up and moved so they could clean off the tables, but left alone! […] All in all I will be back when ever I need to stay in Tulsa again! Read more

"Hyatt was fine; Hotels.com messed up reservation"
We arrived for check-in and hotelsdotcom had messed it up - the hotel had no reservation for us, even under the reservation number we were given by hotelsdotcom. The hotel was accommodating and got us a "walk-in" room, which was okay except it was adjacent to the elevator shaft, so was noisy all day and all night. The hotel has a heated pool, which […] we used (in December), and has a very extensive fitness center. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the Performing Arts Center. Downtown Tulsa is otherwise quite dead on weekends -- even the fast-food places were closed. The BOK and other hotels are nearby, so it surprises me that not a lot going on. Read more

The location of the hotel was perfect for my event! The hotel itself needs a little repair work done in the rooms..ie scuffs, and dings on the walls and head boards. The staff was extremely curtious and friendly...which is #1 in book! The hotel restaurant is stellar! I would definitely stay here again!

i guess if i were on a business account then all the hidden charges and inflated prices would have not mattered but being a "regular joe" it got a little ridiculous. i was under the impression that parking was included but was proven wrong when the bill was on the floor outside my door on my way out. i also dont think ten dollars a night for internet […] or 5 dollars for a half grape fruit is a great deal either. i could go on about hidden fees and inflated prices but only have limited space. Let me get to the condition of the place- subpar at best. The handicaped rail in the shower was barely connected to the wall with rusty screws sticking out! I could not sleep due to a rythmic hum/vibration coming from the walls. This was a terrible hotel stay and will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again. Read more

Clean place. Paper thin walls, we could hear everything around us. Told the check out people and they were like sorry. I feel they should have offered us something. Won't go back. I'll stay anywhere but the Hyatt from now on.

This hotel is one of my favorites. It's an old Crown Plaza that has been updated for Hyatt. It has a wonderful staff, beautiful rooms with VERY comfortable beds. The convenience of parking and valet for a small cost is attached to hotel. You can't beat the location as it is in the very center of the city, walking distance from every need. The hotel […] houses a wonderful bar and restaurant that is top notch with wonderful steaks and every thing else at a GREAT price. Jogging trail close by and fitness center, for rain or shine swim. "Wonderful rooms, but signs of neglect."
I sincerely enjoyed the room that we were assigned, regardless of the fact that we were right off of the elevator and heard that all night, both nights. That's life! The room was comfortable, the bed was... cloud-like (we wanted to take it home!), and the bathroom very clean and classy; we loved the subway tiles in the shower, very nice touch in decor. However, […] the pool and laundry area left a lot to be desired. The bathrooms seemed to be newly renovated, and were nice, but the "laundry" was one set of coin operated machines that HAD to be 25 years old, dirty, and very creepy. There was brand new patio furniture that was still in boxes, toppled everywhere on the deck, and there was corrugated cardboard swimming in the pool. It looked as though someone had tossed the massive boxes up there and just forgot about them, and all the while the rain (which the most recent rain had been 3+ days before) had soaked through the boxes and destroyed the integrity. If I were a manager of the hotel and had seen it in that state, I would have been livid, considering it's such an easy thing to fix. . Read more

No breakfast, parking situation extremely difficult, no fridge in room. Would have expected better from this chain, for this price. Nice staff, beds, bathrooms. Proximity to surrounding entertainment convenient
"The Hyatt Regency in good location bad if busy"
Very beautiful hotel. Check in was at three we got there around 530 and stood in line for around 45 minutes only to find out our names are being put on a list for call backs when the rooms were ready. When we finally got to our rooms we opened the curtains only to find a swarm of wasps behind them. They gladly changed out our rooms and gave us free […] parking on them. Overall it was nice and re people are friendly they just have a few problems to work out with planning big events and taking care of incoming guest and filling in holes from their renovations. "Amenities...Yoo-hoooooooooo?"
Although the hotel is lovely, our stay was marred by a number of inconveniences: 1) the pool was closed for renovation (in 104 degree weather). Why couldn't this be noted on the website?? 2) Although there was a spa listed on the website and in the hotel directory in our room, the phone number was disconnected, and the spa did not actually exist. 3) […] We had no hot water, but a hotel staff person did repair it. 4) The light-up makeup mirror was broken; they replaced it. 5) The hair dryer was missing; they replaced it. 6) The fitness center was temporarily set up in a conference room, and the tv was not connected. Other than those things, on the positive side: the restaurant is very good. The staff is accommodating. The rooms are clean and large. The location is very nice. They have free shuttle service to/from the airport. Read more

"Right Downtown"
Very close to the running event we came for, also close to the Blue Dome district, BOK Center, and more. Great service at check-in and check-out. Pleasant, comfortable room. The only drawback was the room being across from the elevator shafts...pretty noisy until we put the room fan to "On" vice "Auto" to cover it up.

I only got to stay for one night which is unfortunate. I stayed in a King Bed room and it was beautiful! The bathroom was very nice, and the so was the room itself. It had air conditioning and the room was up to date. None of that old patterned fabric, it was modern and tasteful. They had a nice television and the bed was very comfortable. "Hyatt in Downtown Tulsa"
Was forced to wait over 4 hours to check into my with about 100 other guests because of a staff shortage. Was with another couple and their tv wasn't working and they had to wait a couple hours to get that fixed as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was profesional and friendly. The restaurant manager and staff were also professional and friendly. One reason we stayed at this hotel was because it has an outdoor pool. There are very few downtown hotels with outdoor pools. It was nice to be able to swim and […] add to the sun tan. My only complaint is the water in the pool was not clear and the patio area could have been more appealing with umbrellas and more lounge chairs. As I understand, the pool will close sometime in August of 2011 for repairs and hopefully to be updated or remodeled. It would be nice to see improvements to the pool area so that it will go along with the rest of the hotel and the classy image it portrays. Read more
