The Ardmore is a clean, modern hotel that has power showers and staff that are friendly. The food served is well prepared and affordable. For the money it can't be beat, but if you want nice pillows, soft towels& cozy bedding then you should spend the extra money to get them. Those of us who prefer value over the little "extras" would love this hotel. The 15 minute bus ride into downtown wasn't bad unless you JUST missed the bus and have to wait another twenty minutes to get on. It is a great location for a first night into Dublin or your last because it is only 15 minutes to the airport!

The westbury is a great hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to Dublin soon!

Very pleasant. We stayed directly in temple bar 3 nights before and wanted one night of quiet before we left. Receptionist was extremely helpful and even mailed a postcard for me so I wouldn't have to walk. Would stay again.
Location.
Conveniently near the airport, Hotel St. George is in the heart of Dublin, steps from Garden of Remembrance, Parnell Square, and Dublin Writers Museum. Also nearby are Ha' Penny Bridge and James Joyce Cultural Centre.
Hotel Features.
The hotel offers a bar/lounge. A complimentary breakfast is served each morning. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. The staff can arrange concierge services, tour/ticket assistance, and business services. Additional amenities include multilingual staff, laundry facilities, and secure parking. Guest parking is complimentary, and available on a limited first-come, first-served basis. This is a smoke-free property.

Great hotel and near all the major attractions. Plus free Full Irish Breakfast included with booking and discounts to local attractions. Walk to almost anywhere. Local buses stop directly in front, near the rail stations. Clean common areas, clean room.
"Excellent service in comfortable small hotel"
Very friendly staff, excellent FULL Irish breakfasts in small but comfortable rooms. The hotel is opposite the Gate Theater on Parnell Square. Buses that head in all directions are a few steps from the hotel door, including Aircoach and Dublin Bus 747 to the airport as well as numerous tourist buses and tour pickups. An enjoyable stay overall.

No problems with this hotel at all in respect of we got all we wanted from it. Hotel was a little tired but clean adequate room for our short stay break. Not many facilities - we didn't need/want them and no onsite entertainment - again didn't want/need it. Had we been spending any time in our room in may have proved a little small and because of this […] some things crammed in TV on top of wrdrobe again not needed for our stay but there. Wi Fi and terrific breakfast that kept us going until teatime. Would definitely consider staying there again if pricing remains competitive. Read more

This hotel is good located! it's very bad quality of the isolation in the room. We could hear our neighbors all the time! We got complains even though we didn't make noise!

I have stayed at this hotel twice on business and found it quiet and warm. The staff are friendly and even assisted me with luggage. Breakfasts are more than adequate and served by well trained staff. Although situated in North Dublin, public transport is just outside the hotel. I hope to book again.

We chose Hotel St George for it's location, which is certainly very convenient for Dublin city. But although I specifically requested a quiet room, we were allocated a room at the front of house, with a busy street and bus stop outside. The hotel has plenty of Georgian charm, but this includes old sash windows, which did nothing to block out the street […] noise. Staff were very helpful & polite. The room was spotlessly clean. Nice and friendly. We booked a double with extrabed. And the extra bed was same good quality as the normal ones. Excellent breakfast; musli as well as full english (included in price).

The hotel had, rooms at the back which are good for sleeping but very ugly views and also no blinds or nets curtains of any sort, so when cahnging cloths the curtains have to be closed as there are people across the road working in the warehoses. Staff were friendly in general

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Dock var rummen på 5 våningen och uppåt kalla och hade dåligt tryck i vattenkranarna. Säkerhetsskåp saknades i flera rum. Begränsad frukost. Uruselt wi-fi!!

Perfect location. The personnel - very service minded. Varying quality of the small rooms. The first was just OK the second a little better. TV quality and channel diversity was not good. Perfect Internet connection in the room. Irish breakfast OK, but far from the diversity you get in many other places in Europe, eg Germany.

Das Hotel liegt recht günstig in der Innenstadt am Beginn der großen Einkaufsstraße O'Connell Street. Bushaltestellen gibt es direkt vor'm Hotel. Die Sightseeing-Busse fahren in einer Querstraße ab. Bis zum zentralen Innenstadtbereich mit Fußgängerzone/Einkaufsstraßen und dem Kneipenviertel Temple Bar sind es ca. 10 - 15 Min. zu Fuß.

Hyggeligt lille hotel med venligt personale, men med enkelte skønhedsfejl. En stol, som var i stykker, blev dog ikke skiftet trods udtrykt ønske herom. Morgenmaden er varieret, men ikke noget vi ville have betalt mere end ca. 30 kr. for per dag, hvis vi skulle have købt den separat. St. George var en positiv overraskelse. Prisen var lav, rommet stort og fint, beliggenheten rett ved O'Connell Street var topp, frokosten over gjennomsnittet i forhold til tidligere England/Irland-opplevelser og hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Kan anbefales!

"Lille godt hotel"
Hotel St. George er et mindre hotel, men med gode værelser og en utrolig servicemindet reception. Morgenmaden er helt i top og betjeningen er hurtig. der er en god bar med fjernsyn med masser af sofaer. Beliggenheden er 50 m. i fortsættelses af en af de bredeste gader i Europa. Der er alt hvad man har brug for i nærheden og man kan gå rundt til de fleste […] seværdigheder på ca. en halv time. Read more
