Great spread for Breakfast buffet. We had a suite. Only one bathroom. An extra half bath would be prefect or at least an extra sink (instead of a lot of cupboard space). Friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic location. Very modern, clean and comfortable for a city hotel in a city location. The room was quiet due to inside location so no view at all but this didn't matter to us. "Great Location"
Practically everything that is interesting for a tourist visiting Madrid is within no more than 15 minutes walking distance, and so there is no need to take the metro subway at all. A short walk to Puerto de Sol, Placa Mayor, Placa Saint Ana and the Old Town, and no more than 10 to 15 minutes to the Big Three Museums. Restaurants are abundantly available […] all round the hotel. The hotel room is comfortable and reasonably spacious for a 3-star hotel, and very clean and neat. It was impossible to connect to the hotel wi-fi though, and the hotel computer is snail slow. Spent five nights here in August 2011. Location was the main influence on choosing it as our son has a room in a nearby appartment. Turned out to be a brilliant location as it was a short walk to every possible facility and all the central attractions of the city. cet hôtel est très bien situé. On peut rayonner à pied sans problème. Service agréable, petit-déjeuner complet et varié. Chambre confortable et propre. Nous avions 2 chambres communicantes, une petite mais tout à fait convenable et une plus spacieuse. Das Hotel ist innen sehr schön renoviert worden, aber sehr, sehr laut. Ab 7 Uhr morgends hört man die Küche oder Straße, das Schlagen der Zimmertüren, beim Nachbarzimmer das Stühlerücken und das Verschieben der Betten von den Putzfrauen auf dem Laminatboden. Överlag var vistelsen bra. Parkeringshus för en liten avgift (för MC) och väldigt nära till Puerta del Sol med shopping, restauranger och barer. Dåligt var att sängen var väldigt obekväm med fjädrar som tryckte mot ryggen. Dessutom var det någon eller några som sprang i korridoren och pumpade hög musik sent på natten. Hotellets personal tog god tid […] på sig innan detta åtgärdades. Personalen på hotellet var i övrigt mycket serviceinriktade och förklarade på ett föredömligt sätt vart olika butiker eller turistmål befanns sig och hur man hittade dit. é il secondo hotel della catena medium in cui alloggio, ma devo dire che, a differenza di quello di Barcellona, questo di Madrid mi ha molto deluso! La stanza era molto piccola ( ma non è questo il vero problema), poco pulita e soprattutto opprimente! Il bagno aveva una finestra 10x 30 centimetri e non si capiva dove spuntava, mentre la stanza da letto […] aveva una finestra che affacciava su una corte interna dell'hotel, coperta da una tettoia..praticamente non passava un filo d'aria. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Posizione perfetta per girare a piedi tutto il centro. Camere pulite e personale gentile. Internet point e wireless comunque disponibile. Servizio transfer per l'aeroporto comodo e conveniente. La colazione è abbondante ma troppo cara. Da consigliare solo se uno ha veramente grosse esigenze, perché optare per il classico […] cornetto e cappuccino viene comunque a costare 10 euro!
