It was fine. Rooms normal (small) by US standards. Location very convenient. Main complaint: Room was so smoky (despite wanting a non-smoking room) that throat hurt during the night.

I was not expecting too much of the hotel but when I got there I was pleasantly surprised the room was very nice and clean the staff very professional and the bathroom was the best ,good water pressure and brand new. The location was very convenient, walk to your left make another left walk for about 10 minutes on the main fare , cross the bridge and […] you are in the middle of everything. Your universal adaptor will not work get one from the hotel you pay them €10 and when you check out they'll you your deposit back and by the way tour buses around the corner so for me it was perfect I am thinking of going back next year so I ll definetly go back to the same hotel.The neighborhood according to the taxi driver is working class which to me doesn't make any difference. The first night we were in a tiny odd shaped room where the bed touched the wall at 3 corners, and there was only about a foot between the foot of the bed and the room. After complaining, the hotel indicated they were fully booked, but would try to move us the next day. I thought this hotel was great. Our room was a little small, but definitely big enough. Very clean, updated, it was quiet at night...perfect for what we needed! The location is good (not great) but the plus side is the hop on/hop off bus stops literally right outside the hotel, so that makes getting around Dublin and seeing everything a LOT easier. […] Temple Bar area is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Perfect location to get out and enjoy the city. 1/2 a block away from the St. Patty's Day parade. The room I had with 2 beds made moving around very difficult. However, the staff went above and beyond on multiple issues. Service was excellent.

Very good location for walking the city, the hop on hop off tour starts right there, the bus will pick you up from there and take you to the airport, The only complaint is we didnt have wifi in our room, we had to sit in the lobby, The lobby is nice though.

We were in Dublin for a two-night stay on the way home from Amsterdam. The hotel was central and convenient to everything we wanted to visit. It was only a few steps from the airport bus and sightseeing busses. We were able to walk to key venues we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable. This is a good place to stay if you want to be in Dublin but not in Temple Bar. It's along a major street with lots of little stores and fast food. Near quite a bit of sculpture and about 10-15 minutes from Temple Bar. The hotel was nice, the room a little too small for us. The wifi was good and the TV was a wall mounted flat screen that was unfortunately […] mounted too high and angled not enough and couldn't be seen very well from bed. We didn't explore the spa or the bar downstairs but they seemed nice. Right outside stops the tourist hop on / hop off bus as well as the airport shuttle which was 10 euro per person round trip or 6 euro one way. This is a medicore hotel as far as room accomodations. However, it is in an EXCELLENT location. The Airlink Bus from the airport for 10 Euro roundtrip stops right in front of the hotel. Also, the hop on hop off tour is right outside of the hotel, as well as many other bus stops that can take you around the city. Room and bathroom were very nice and good size. Airline bus and hop-on-hop-off bus on the street right in front of the hotel. You can get the ticket right at the airport and get to the hotel quickly on the bus and it runs every 15 min except for middle of the night. Walking distance to the temple area and Trinty. We had no bad experiences with this hotel. It was cleaned daily, the staff was extremely helpful with every request including booking tours, and the location was perfect (just far enough away from the heavy crowds but not too far to walk to the city center). I would definately stay there again.

Got a great deal on Expedia, used the code given on Tripadvisor. Be sure to request a large room in the quiet part of the hotel. Some rooms are very small and close to the neighboring night club. We had 2 rooms booked and we arrived early. One room was ready so we placed our luggage in the room. There were 3 of us we didn't realize the difference in the size of the rooms and 2 of us chose the smaller of the rooms. Definitely should have re-arranged ourselves to get a little more space. The twin beds are small but comfortable just a little too […] close to one another. Close enough to the bus station to walk to if you don't have really heavy luggage. Hotel was noisy with the Living Room bar downstairs. Rooms were very tiny but location was the best. Within walking distance to most cultural centers and good restaurants. Finding the hotel was easy and the car park was right across the street. Front desk staff were nice and informative. Room was a lot smaller then what it looks like in the picture but it was sufficient for travelers who are not going to be spending a lot of time in their room. We stayed 16 nights in Italy and Ireland and this was the only hotel not to include breakfast with the rate. At least coffee and a pastry should be included. Breakfast charge was 15 Euros PP. Great location with bus service by front door. Immediate surroundings not attractive.
