It a was wonderful room and we plan on staying there again. The staff was helpful and the hotel was quiet and beautifully decorated. The TV could have just been bigger.

Nice room, had a kitchenette, so we had small meals at the room, which saved on money, lots of room, seemed very quiet. Had a security guard on the grounds, not sure why it was necessary, but they know better than I do. Close to the museum and the airport, so it meet our needs.

The check-in staff were very polite, excellent exercise room. Popcorn is always available!!! The room was very cute and cozy. I very enjoyed the studio with the kitchen, as I could cook for myself!

I always use hotels.com to book the rooms that I stay in and I am usually satisfied with the customer service, pricing and overall aspect of the services I recive. This particular hotel was horrible with customer service, I almost thought it was a joke someone played on us. When we arrived we walked in to check in and both of the ladies at the front desk looked at us with blank stares. It wasnt before we told them that we were there to check in that they even aknowledged us. Typically whenever Ive checked in to a hotel, they wait to run my credit card untill I get there to acctually physically use the card, OR I put it on a different card, and just hold it with the other one. Nope, they ran it right through without even having the card present. Then they proceeded to tell us they needed another card to hold just in case there were damages to the room. Understandable, yes, but they didnt bother to tell us that they were automoatically going to put a $100.00 hold just in case. When we asked why they needed a second card, they never mentioned that they were going to take that $100.00 off! Then the lady at the front pointed across the parking lot and told us our room #, there was four different buildings to choose from.....so we searched. Overall the customer service of this hotel was horrible, the rooms were ok for the price, but to me the importance is how you are treated as a paying guest, and at this location I give it a zero. I usually dont complain, but to me, it is your job to treat the customer as a #1 priority and they definatly did not meet my expectaions in this aspect at all.

Since we have a small dog, I was impressed with the cleanliness/overall condition of the room since the property does allow pets. Would definitely seek this property out in other towns when traveling with our dog.

My only complaint was wss the front desk charge me for my stay when i already paid trough hotels.com. The front desk just needs to be more careful.

Service could be a little bit more friendly - we checked in at 11:30 at night. There were quite a few people milling around the lobby, and the receptionist didn't say more than two words when checking us in. There was a security guard there also...that actually made me a tad nervous that I might have picked a hotel in a bad location. The room was a very nice studio!
