The stay was great. The only problem, and it's not the hotel's fault, was there isn't a lot of restaurants in the area. But as far as the room is concerned, we'll stay again for certain IF we're ever back in the area.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the overall stay was tainted by the horrible smell of cat litter and waste in the hallways. Thankfully the rooms didn't smell, but you could smell something as soon as you entered the lobby and once in the hallways you couldn't escape it!

I like Comfort Inn's have stayed at a few of them, but this one as far as comfort was the worst, the bed was to hard and we didn't get much rest at all. But the staff and cleanliness was great

Staff is the essence of southern sweetness. They were very helpful and kind. The hotel, however, had a strange smell like stale, cheap lemon cleaner. Good enough stop for just passing through town like we were. However, note the location directly next to highway. Can be a bit noisy.

We stayed here because all rooms in hot springs were bioked up. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fine. Waffles, cereal, etc. I would stay here again.

The bed was a little lumpy and the grout in the bathroom needed attention. The staff was pleasant and attentive. It is an ok hotel to stay a night when passing through as it was relatively clean.

The first room we checked into had a musty oder. We asked to be moved to another room and they complied. The second room smelled better, but didn't smell clean. The bed was small, the pillows were small, the TV was sub-par, the pool was dirty, and the AC didn't work well. I removed the front of the AC to see if it was plugged up with fuzz and discovered […] mold and roach excrement on the underside. The filters were completely plugged with lint and they were easily removable. The level of care this hotel puts into cleanliness is unacceptable and I will not return nor will I recommend anyone stay here. Read more

I reserved two rooms through Expedia and at check in the rooms were at opposite ends of the hotel. After complaining to the clerk we were given rooms across from each other. The rooms were clean, but the pool was filthy and old. The outside of the hotel and the pool area should be cleaned & renovated.

I was not pleased at all with the location, structure of the building, the breakfast or the customer service. overall this was a pleasant stay. only recommendation is more Cable TV Stations and better pillows..the pillows were so soft and small we had to use three to get any type of comfort/support. Good access to I-30 and several good eating places within walking distance. i would stay again!

This hotel was horrible. I would stongly recomend staying at another hotel. We were bitten by bugs in the room. When we advised the owner of the situation he believed he was not responsible. Also, they do not carry any courtesy conditioner.

We didn't get in until after 10:30 PM and that was no problem. We were checked in pretty quickly. The room was nice (No musty smells or creepy feelings). Our stay was very quiet, even in the morning. Breakfast was kind of lame - I've had better at other hotels. Internet service was very poor - the signal wasn't very strong and I wasn't able to work in the evening in my room. Really good BBQ place across the street, though.

I was in the process of moving and this was just an overnight stop but the hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had pets which are accepted here so that was a plus. There is not much close by, a couple of restaurants and gas stations. The BBQ place across the street was our choice and it was excellent. The room was clean but some […] of the patch work in the bathroom was a little shoddy. This is an excellent "off the interstate" hotel if that is what you need. The only issue I had was I needed to pay bills and since I was traveling I did not know where the local post office was to mail them. I gave them to the clerk in the morning to go with the outgoing mail. None were ever received so I have no idea what happened to them. Read more

We were traveling home to Houston from Chicago and picked Arkadelphia to stop for the night. I chose the Comfort Inn based on its price & reviews. We were very pleased, expecially for the price. We paid $10 less for a hotel on our way to Chicago that was downright icky. This Comfort Inn was clean & bright with friendly staff. The hotel itself was very easy to access from the freeway and centally located for all the day trips planned. In the room there was a vent fan in the bathroom but when a shower was taken all of the moisture stayed within the room and the room stayed damp through out the whole stay.
