This Hotel is right near the dowtown buisness area. However, everything there makes it see, its farther away from people to give that soothing feeling of relaxing when you need it. Great old time feel and warmth from the people that work there. This will be my regular stoppong place when in the area.

Rolling into Billings I thought we might have to stop and punch the address into GPS. Conveniently, the first exit I would've stopped at just so happened to have instant and obvious access to the hotel, so no complicated process was needed!

Stayed during state wrestling tournament - at least one team was staying there also... either they were the most quiet wrestlers ever or the rooms are really well put together and quiet. Have stayed at 4 different motels for wrestling tournaments; this is the one we will return to.

Both the riversage Billings Inn and the Riversage Hilltop Inn are my favorite places to stay in Billings because of the gracious staff and the convenient location to the hospitals and the downtown businesses

I stayed in the rooms connected to the front office, the remodel was that of a five-star hotel. Plush bed, brand new bathroom, flat screen TV. Too bad I didn't stay longer to enjoy it. The free breakfast in the morning was nice as I rushed off to the airport but a couple of miles up the road. An awesome hotel for a great price!

While I did not find a way to request a handicapped room when registering through Hotels.com, Econolodge staff was gracious in providing me with one for my temporary disability - even offered to help me get out of the hot tub if I chose to use it. Drapes on window missing hooks huge stain on corner box spring SCARY! Rooms were clean, and pool was nice. The person at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. The continental breakfast was also pretty good, a lot of variety. Overall, I'm very pleased with this hotel for the price.

This hotel is way overpriced for the quality. The lobby, room and building were very run down and shoddy looking. The breakfast was minimal and unappealing. Had I had more time to look for another hotel, I would have.

The air conditioner did not work and it was 103 degrees outside. The fan ran but went on and off and sounded like an airplane. One of us had to sleep in the car to get sleep. I made my reservation online thru hotels.com. I reserved a non smoking room with king bed. When I arrived they couldnt find my reservation. After looking for about 10 minutes they found it, in the back on a printed page, but we were not in their computer. They then just made up a reservation to get us into their system. We got a stinky smelly smokey […] room with 2 beds. It was late and no other hotels had rooms by then. we were stuck. the front desk help was pleasant. Beds were comfortable but the ad for the Econolodge are misleading (i.e. the pool) my kids were looking forward to swimming but they didn't think that lily pad of a pool was for real :(. I as an adult will probably stay there again because of the soft cushiony beds but other than that my family likes staying where they have a pool big enough to splash […] around in. For the cost, we felt it could have been more comfortable and clean. But, it was adequate and the pet fee was reasonable. There was some mildew in the bathroom, dog food & other stuff behind the bed stand where we had to plug in the clock (it was a little irritating for everything to be unplugged when we got there).

Although the workers were probably trying to make the room cleaner, they forgot to let the carpet dry after cleaning it. The result was a musty, wet, moldy carpet that left my socks and shoes wet. I tried to air out the room, but to no avail. I was not impressed. Also, the air conditioning did not work.

One Clerk did not know how to regisrer me, the other one coughed continualy, did not respect the confirmed room number, charged for a small pet when we were told pets are no charge, blanket on the bed was not clean, the refrigerator groaned and moaned all night, the room we were to be in was on the south side of the building turned out to be on the […] north side close to the freeway, room was suposed to be a no smoking room but smelled of cigar smoke. When we got somewhat settled went to turn on TV and remote wouldn't work called front desk and they said they would bring batteies. None of the lamps were plugged in and there was hair in the bed. The front desk never brought the batteries and when asked the nest morning how things were and we told them the issues they simply told us sorry and that […] they didn't bring things to the room Poor quality of hotel and the service was horrible and even when I called the manager they just didn't seem to care. Will not ever stay there again and will certainly never recommend this hotlel to anyone. Hotel room and hallway kind of smelled funny (rotten food). You can tell that people have smoked in the room (even though it was non-smoking)
