This hotel was surprisingly wonderful. To be honest, from the outside it looks like many "cheaper rated" hotels that are near the airport. It turned out to far exceed those expectations. The memory foam mattresses were wonderful and actually conformed to our bodies. Direct TV gave us plenty of channels to choose from. There is free long term parking […] for up to 30 days and free shuttle service to and from the airport. There is also round the clock fruit, hot chocolate and chocolate milk. We stay here often because of the location and it has room for pets. We sometimes travel with two labs. The room was okay,but somewhat small. It had memory foam beds (some have regular beds) and a nice flat screen. The only problem we had was that the heater unit didn't have an auto setting. Usually not a problem in SC though. For the price & location, the Ontario Airport Inn can't be beat. I was expecting another no frills, bare bones motel. We needed to stay overnight after arriving from the East Coast before heading out to Palm Desert the next day. What a pleasant surprise! Extremely clean; awesome bed (slept like babies); professional and helpful staff; adequate breakfast; new flat-screen TV. Husband and I have stayed three times in last three months - will make it a regular stop-over on our trips out east. Easy on/off I-10 and near Ontario airport.

Everything was great, except the WiFi. We were given the password, but could not get logged in. The office gave us eternet cables, but they were to short to reach across the room to the beds.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is a nice hotel close to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is lose to many fine restaurants. I would stay there again.

Very underrated hotel. Looks are deceiving. May not look like a 5 star hotel but the rooms are the best i've had at this price. Memory beds, 40 inch flat screen on wall with direct tv and many HBO channels and real HD, great showers, fridge, microwave and all the basic amenities a room needs. And also very quiet. I really like this motel. I was assigned to room 138 that had a filthy sofa on it that was so dirty that I did not want to sit my bag on it. A fire alarm kept going off and it was very disturbing. Outstanding considering the rates. Less than a minute off the freeway. And less than 15 minutes from both of our destinations; Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, and the Planes of Fame and Yanks Air Museums at the Chino Airport. I will definitely stay there again.

When most hotels are cutting down on basic stuff this place is an exemption. The 24hr coffee, chocolate milk , fruits is unusual. The room facilities are also very good.

We stayed here on previous occasions, but this time we brought our 60 lb lab with us. Pet fee is nice at 15 dollars plus 100 deposit. There is a large grass area around the pool for a little exercise. Dog could not go in the pool area. Charcoal BBQ grill and tables available outside the pool area, but must provide your own supplies. (i.e charcoal, lighter […] fluid, etc). Some utensils were left there from previous guests but none were clean. The fresh fruit is awesome. Breakfast is very good. Rooms were clean. Neighborhood is nice. Nice flat screens in the rooms.
