Great little room for folks on a budget. Clean and friendly. Internet connection was weak and intermittent. Only criticism I have of the place. It's a lovely location and the All Seasons has good multi-lingual staff who are ready to help with anything. The breakfast is good and there's a constant supply of hot drinks and Wifi. But the room was really small and I think rather overprices considering Cosmos next door was less than half the price - and they have a cute cat on the counter! Good hotel if you are busy doing the Paris sights and not wanting to spend much time in your room. Rooms extremely pokey for two people and showers really small. But overall the hotel was clean and a great continental breakfast to start the day. Lovely restaurants and bars v close by too and metro near also.

Stayed here with friends on cycling trip to Paris. Hotel was very good value at the rate we got (not what was advertised behind reception!). Rooms were spotless and well decorated, although tiny but hey this is Paris. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, finding space for us to keep our bikes securely. The hotel is in a nice quiet region of Paris, close to 4 metro stations and only 4-10 stops away from the major attractions, many of which are also just a pleasant walk away. So it's in an ideal location for a fairly inexpensive hotel. The hotel itself is small and well presented, with friendly staff and a breakfast buffet (which is somewhat limited […] but has some nice touches). The rooms are nothing special, with little room around the (large) double bed and little storage space apart from the wardrobe. The beds are comfortable except for the gap between matresses down the middle of the bed. Tea and coffee have to be made in the lobby and taken up in the lift, but this works OK. The free WiFi was good but the signal wasn't very strong in one of our rooms. I was surprised that in the mornings the cleaners position their trolleys at the top of the stairs, which are the only fire escape, and there were also builders' materials (basins) partly blocking the stairs in places. This is a great hotel for your visit to Paris. Very clean and more on the modern side than quaint French style but I had friends staying in a more traditional place and my experience was problem free compared to theirs. On friday and saturday nights there were more people drinking and dining in the streets below but its a vibrant city so I dont expect silence, it wasnt too bad and I slept well. Incredibly helpful staff who were happy to help on all occasions including translating French instructions for me. There's free internet in the reception area and tea and coffee all day. Excellent location too/ The best way to see a city is to walk it and its a 15 to 20 min walk to the river, Notre Dame, Rue Rivoli and all the shops. Id walk a different street down and a different street back every day and discovered the Marais this way. Great cafes, boutiques and gallerys are dotted all through the neighbourhood between the hotel and the Seine. You will enjoy the adventure. Read more

Et fint, lite hotell med bra beliggenhet. Nært flere metrostasjoner og Republique, i tillegg til at nabolaget har flere koselige kafeer. Selve rommet er lite, men med mer enn god nok plass til en, og nokså nyoppusset. Det er rent over alt, man får en god frokost, resepsjonistene er hyggelige og behjelpelige, og snakker bra engelsk.

Verrassend/Goed, kleine maar comfortabele kamer. Badkamer was recent opgeknapt. Douche was prima. Kregen elke dag flesje water en handdoeken. Bij de receptie stond de hele dag koffie, thee en water en iets te eten. Ontbijt prima en verrassend met vers geperste sinaasappelsap, een goede franse kaas en heerlijk knapperig stokbrood.

Ett enkelt fräscht hotell. Paris är dyrt, detta hotell var prisvärt. Frukosten var av det enklare slaget men allt var ok. Badrummet såg fint u,t men misstänker fuktskada med tanke på att det luktade fuktig källare. Inget vi brydde oss om, det luktade inte i rummet.

Helt okej hotell att bo på över en helg. Det sämsta var nog att rummen var små och hade mycket lite förvaringsutrymme. Inte heller så trevlig personal, men allt funkade helt ok. Prisvärt också att frukosten ingick och den var inte jättebra men definitivt mer än bara bröd. Läget är kanonbra för den som vill ha nära till Rue Oberkampf och Marais och själva […] gatan har många trevliga restauranger och barer. We thought that we had picked a nice and cozy hotel with good rooms, nice breakfast and great location. This was not, however, the case expect for the proximity of three different metro stations with great correspondence throughout the town. Although the hotel and our room were clean and modern, the room didn’t have the capacity for our suitcases. With […] them on the floor there was no way to move around the room. The hotel advertised that they had three different breakfast buffets to choose from. This was the case indeed, when one of the “buffets” consisted of three different types of cereals and the other only from possibility to squeeze your own juice from fresh oranges, so it is understatement to say that the breakfast was a disappointment. What was the most disappointing thing in the hotel was however practically non-existing soundproofing in the room. The hotel locates in one of the most vivid bar and restaurant districts in Paris (around the Rue Oberkampf) so there was dozens of bars and kebab places around the hotel. We arrived in the hotel on Saturday evening and you can imagine that the people were on the move during the night. We tried to sleep in our room (on 3rd floor) but it was impossible due to the noises from the street without earplugs, because the room’s window did not block any of the noises from the street. All in all avoid this district in Paris during weekends if you wish to sleep, and avoid this hotel if you have any luggage with you. Read more

Despite the friendliness of the staff, the clean newly renovated rooms with AC, the place did not live up to the pictures and specifications given on the website. Located on a dirt-ravaged small street, the hotel was totally different from what it promised. Though the rooms were recently renovated, the dust of the repairs were not cleaned. Small rooms, […] small beds, with windows which could only open ajar covered with curtain on the pane not letting much of light coming in took us really by surprise. The dining room was in a stuffy basement with no functioning ventilation and nothing of a satisfactory meal. If you are just looking for a bed and breakfast, to use a place as a base for your journey in Paris this hotel is useable otherwise I won't recommend it with such a price and such a service.
