It was a very nice hotel and conveniently close to hwy where you can get directly on but you never here the trafic. Has a very good breakfast. Nice big flat screen TV with alot of channels. Very clean.

It was good overall. The lady was nice but we wish you had emphsised your "deposit" requirement. Luckly I have a bank that takes a cash deposit at the ATM and I had enough cash on me for well over the deposit. But I got lost on the way back and it is so hard to find it took me 2 1/2 hours.

"Residence Inn Woodland Hills- Go elsewhere"
This is the worst Marriott experience I have ever had. The only positive I can say is that the staff seemed friendly. The beds are absolutely miserable. This hotel has definately not fullfilled the required upgrades. There was no working elevator for the duration of our three day stay. The hotel had no toothbrushes for my daughter who forgot hers. There […] were no extra towels. There were no extra pillows for the pullout beds. There was no rollaway bed. One of our rooms had two fitted sheets for the pullout, and there was no regular sheet as a replacement. The person restocking breakfast items waited till people complained before refilling items. "Hotel is renovating but still nice"
The TV's are in terrible need of an upgrade. Apparantly this is coming some time in 2011. For now be disappointed in comparision to other hotels in the same segment concerning the TV. The staff is nice and the hotel room is consistent with others like properties.
