Overall, very pleasant stay. Rooms are nice and comfortable, although the room we stayed in allowed pets, and there was still a faint reminder there was one that stayed recently. The breakfast that was offered was better than most places.

Since I had buisness at Staples the location of the Residence Inn was perfect as the 2 parking lots back up to one another. My first impression was not the best as the woman who checked me inn was more interested in getting me checked in and out of her other business. The room was very spacious and somewhat clean. There were some mystery stains on the […] couch in plain site as well as around the bathroom fan. The toilet paper roll was only about 1/4 full. This may sound picky and ridiculous but as a guest in a hotel I want to feel like I am the first to use everything. Instead I felt like I was in a public bathroom. Finally, on my first morning I went down to get breakfast....the oatmeal pot had its lid down and when I opened it it was completely empty. I did not see anyone around to tell so I left the lid opened and moved on to another breakfast choice. When I was leaving I noticed the oatmeal lid closed so I opened it to see what I missed. There was still no oatmeal. Rather than filling the oatmeal they simply closed the lid. I will only stay here again because of its location to Staples which may be why the hotel does not have to care about the little things. Read more

I stayed here with my 2 toddlers. The kitchen was so convenient and every member of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool was great!! I never cared where I stayed before but after the weekend stay here, I'll always stay in a Marriott Residence Inn. Loved it!!

I like the ample space in the suites and access to a fridge and microwave. The rooms are always clean and relatively new-looking. The breakfast is what you would expect - standard fare. Free wi-fi is great as are two flat-screen TVs and hair-dryer. Maybe one day there will be magnifying mirrors, too. Great for the money when the rates are good.

There was a lot of noise in the room even when the air conditioning was switched off. This is machanical noise from machinery. My room was not near a lift or ice machine so I can only attribute it to heating / cooling. Service on arrival was very poor.

The motel is conveniently located and somewhat hidden in an business park but filled with useful features: large room with sitting area, kitchenette, full bathroom, desk, tv, and adequate closet space. The complimentary breakfast is self-serve but plentiful and easy for children. Our room was quiet and well appointed.

We have stayed at this hotel before and both times LOVED it. It's off the beaten path in an industrial park so it is very quiet. Rt 9 is less than 5 minutes away & there are some great restaurants and shops there. We had food delivered and loved having a full sized fridge to keep the leftovers. Very clean--very comfortable. Front desk was very cordial and accommodating when we checked in. They made the extra effort to give us a street-level room since we were traveling with our pet Dachshund. Staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast was extensive . I believe all rooms at Residence Inns are suites. I was happily surprised when I went into my room to find out it was a mini 1 BR suite. Small kitchenette, separate bedroom, roomy bathroom, and comfortable "living room" with pull out bed. The hotel is very clean - indoors and outdoors - and is nestled in a wooded area in a small business park. The breakfast is a full breakfast - eggs, homefries, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bagels/bread/muffins, granola/yogurt, milk, juice, and coffee. Food was fresh and breakfast room was clean with TVs. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the Boston/Providence/Hartford region who wants 4-star quality at 2-star prices. The only gripe I had is the lack of restaurants/places to eat in the immediate area. I booked a 2 queen bed room and got a one queen bed with a double bed that was a pullout couch. When asked if this was the correct room, they said yes, and that if we wanted a different room we'd have to wait until tuesday, 4 nights away. While the room was clean, the pull out couch bed was uncomfortable and the bed linens were missing.

We stayed with our 4 grandkids to watch their parents in the Mini triathlon at Hopkinton State Park. We all had a great time. The pool was great ( but a little warm!).
