I loved my three night stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Seattle Kirkland the hotels staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable:) I would highly recommend it and when I'm in Seattle again I will be staying here:)

This was a bit older of a Motel, but I was very impressed how clean it was.I was very happy with the service people. Very friendly and helpful. I missed my plane and they were very good to me and I stayed there one more night. The price is in relationship with the kind of motel this and i was pleased. They deserve their / your business. Their breakfast is only muffins and orange juice.

Location.
Situated in Seattle, Wash., the Grand Hyatt Seattle is adjacent to Washington State Convention & Trade Center, two blocks from Pacific Place, and seven blocks from Seattle Art Museum.
Hotel Features.
Opened in 2001 and completely renovated in 2011, the Grand Hyatt Seattle features a sauna, spa tub steam room, wireless Internet access for a fee, and a shuttle. Dining options include Ruth's Chris Steak House serving prime steaks and New Orleans-style seafood.
Guests have access to a business center. 21 small meeting rooms are also available. Beauty services include a salon.
A 3,800-square-foot fitness and health center with locker room, showers and massage rooms is open 24 hours and is available on site. Pets are accepted.

Brazilian cherry-wood floors, koa-wood doors, mirrored walls, and premium equipment distinguish the hotel's 3,800-square-foot 24-hour health club. The view on the 22nd floor facing the Puget Sound and Pike's Market was fantastic. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the richness of the room's amenities as well as the complimentary sparkling wine the front desk clerk so graciously offered upon hearing of our marriage. Though upon checking out I did mention to the front desk clerk my dissatisfaction […] with the quality of the bowed mattress, the drip of water pressure in the shower, and the request for a battery for the High End Scale in the beautiful bathroom that had not ever been fulfilled. Great hotel in almost every respect -- very modern, great service, good location. Only complaint was the food. The room service breakfast menu looked amazing (Dungeness crab and goat cheese frittata, anyone?), but the actual food wasn't so hot. But that's a pretty minor complaint.

"Flawless weekend"
Basically they got everything right. We stayed in an Emerald Suite. Room was wonderful, comfortable, with a great view of seattle. The staff was polite, helpful, and friendly from the valet for the car to the desk staff and all inbetween. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Great location, g0 for the Emerald Suite-great view Don't understand why I can put my things in the refrigerator provided. If I want my stuff cold I have to rent another refrigerator.......really?
"I stayed once and extended my stay"
I had only planned on staying at the Grand Hyatt for one night and then relocating to another hotel close to my meetings. The hotel and service were so great that I cancelled my original reservation in order to stay another night.

"Excellent Stay, only one Caveat"
I had only feather pillows available in the room, which left me with severe neck, and head pains for the full time I was there. I am mostly to blame however, knowing that I have these issues with too soft pillows at hotels, and didn't come prepared. I also did not check to see if they had other available options, but suffered with what I had.

I looooovveeedd....loooovvveeedd the time my husband and I spent at this hotel. From the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out. Five stars from the customer service to the resturant that's on the first floor. Everything and everyone that works in this building are awesome.

I am not a member of the frequent client program but the guy at the Front Desk offered to enter in my Southwest Rapid Rewards number. Very much appreciated. The room was very clean and the room was very spacious.

Great location, and very nice room with a wonderful view. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the motorized "sleep" curtain and walk-in shower. The hotel information booklet could perhaps have mentioned Ruth Chris's, Starbucks, the convenience store and sushi bar. But all in all, we will stay here again on our next Seattle trip.

Conveniently located, with very nice facilities. Most staff was very helpful and courteous, however, concierge could have been more friendly, and daily housekeeping could have been more detailed-items were missed and/or not addressed.

"Very happy with our stay"
It was our first time visiting Seattle and I'm glad we picked the Grand Hyatt. The staff was very welcoming the moment we stepped inside to check in. The room was very nice and I absolutely loved the huge tub! They also had a privacy button that you can turn on so house keeping doesn't disturb you. It was nice grabbing a starbucks right in the lobby […] each morning, even though they provide a coffee maker in the room. Be careful not to remove anything from the fridge, they have sensors so if something is removed, they know immediately! The fitness room was very impressive, they provided cold towels, lots of workout equipment, headphones and it is open 24 hours. They also had a sauna that we wanted to use, but it's not available after a certain time so we weren't able to get a chance to check that out. The only thing that I didn't like was being able to hear someone close their hotel room door. They are loud! We woke up numerous times in the morning because the doors are heavy and slam shut hard and loud. That got old very quick! If you are a light sleeper, I suggest taking an advil pm or some earplugs. We stayed at this hotel one day prior to our cruise and two days after the cruise. The room was very nice and the front desk was helpful in acquainting us wit Seattle. They must have changed personnel after our cruise because it was 1000% the exact opposite

Stains on pillow cases ....maid service changed linen. Hot in Seattle but our room never got below 74 degrees with the air on high...informed desk but temp never changed. Nice hotel but very poor service in all areas.

"Staying at the Grand Hyatt for business"
I chose to stay at the Hyatt because it is so close to the Washington State Convention Center. Very easy walk to all the meetings I had there. It is also quite close to the light rail in the event that you are flying into SEATAC - $2.50 each way. The hotel is well-appointed and generally pleasant. The beds were quite comfortable and the maid service […] was outstanding. There was however an odd odor in the bathroom (from the shower drain) that was unpleasant and the water pressure was lackluster. I asked for a late check out and was told that were unable to accomodate my request. Seriously? If I was there for one night I can understand, but after dropping a tidy sum to attend my weeklong meeting I was a little taken aback. And I was only asking for a 2 hour reprieve which I do not feel is unreasonable considering. For the price, I feel that one could find higher quality accomodations in the area. Read more

The bed was so hard we couldn't sleep. That was the only down fall. I've been to this hotel a couple other times and didn't have this problem, maybe it was just this room.
Great hotel and a great location. Everyone at the hotel is very helpful. We will stay here whenever we come to Seattle!
"Date night"
Great room, a little pricey, but my wife is worth it! We enjoyed the room, Ruths Chris was close, everything within walking distance. Understandibly the room did not have the best view, but overall a great experience. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel facility and staff where just like the name, "GRAND". The facility is wonderful and the staff very professional and helpful. My only gripes would be lack of complementary wireless internet access and parking. For the price you pay for a nights stay, this should be complementary or at the very least discounted.

In Seattle for concert at The Paramount and Grant Hyatt was within walking distance as well as close to great shopping, Pike Market, etc. Ruth Chris is great for 'late night' happy hour. Only drawback was price of parking but they did allow us to stay most of the second day for one price.
Beds are hard. Water restricter on sink faucet would not allow enough hot water for shaving
"Fun in the city"
For the most part, we had a lovely time at this hotel. It was beautiful inside and so conveniently located near all the things we wanted to do. Our only complaint was that the room next door had a dog in it that would bark loudly at the door off and on and even at night. Also, the flooring right inside each room was marble/stone and we could hear women […] in heels walking around in their room when we were trying to sleep. Lastly the doors are heavy and slam when people enter/exit which was also very loud when trying to sleep. This hotel is close to everything you want to see and do in Seattle. The staff is friendly and courteous and the rooms were quiet. We will definitely go back again.

Great stay here for business. Super comfortable room with amazing soaking tub and huge bathroom overall. Very helpful concierge for dinner restaurants. Shopping close by and a short walk to the Market if you want to see a couple of sights. Fast elevators--never had to wait.

We were on the 23rd floor overlooking the Macy's star and direct view of the Space needle. WOW is all that comes to mind. Finest quality bedding and accomodations...

Great place to stay. By far the best hotel to stay in when in Seattle. Not a five star hotel but well worth the money(there are no five star hotels in Seattle ). Great bathrooms and very quiet.

The Grand Hyatt is everything I expected it to be. From the Valet to Housekeeping everyone was very friendly. Our suite was amazing - very comfortable and with a great view. The location was wonderful - we were able to walk to many places as well as drive... it was a great home away from home.

Disappointed that the 24 hours spa shut down at 10pm. I arrived at 10 after a long travel and was looking forward to a steam, whirlpool, and shower, but it closes at 10pm.

"Great location"
My family and I stayed here prior to our cruise, the location is great for exploring downtown and is close to restaurants and last minute shopping. the hotel staff was very efficient, although there was a problem with one of the rooms. Two of our party were checked into one room and several hours later their key card didn't work. When they went to the […] desk they were told their original room was the wrong one and had to pack up and move to another room. While the rooms were equal, it was a hassle for them having to change.
