I had made my reservation for the wrong night and the owner was very accommodating. It was so nice to be treated that way for a change. We got to our non-smoking room and it didn't smell like smoke like some of the other places we have stayed in and everything was clean. This hotel may not have the most up to date amenities but if we every have a stop in Rolla again, this is where we will stay.

The customer service here is incredible. I havent had such a warm welcome from a hotel that was not in Mexico where they meet you with drinks. I go to... check in the woman was expecting us had keys out and explained everything including wi fi. We are up in the room and get a phone call asking how things look in our room? unheard of. Rooms were very old, furniture from the 70's typical motel 6 type. Very hard worn mattris. I would say that I would not recomend it but there is not any better around their.

This Hampton Inn is a surprisingly luxurious little hotel with a lovely lobby, very nice breakfast served in a comfortably appointed (couches!) dining area. Rooms are clean and well-furnished with high quality bedding and a sparkling clean bathroom. Stopped here on a long road trip and it was a welcome respite for weary travelers!

My wife and I stayed in a king w/ whirlpool suite. The room was very clean and my wife loved the whirlpool tub. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint we had was that the carpet in our room had a few holes in it and 2 of the 4 jets in the whirlpool didn't work.
