Right off exit, located near lots of shoppin g & restaurant options, very close to downtown. Fast check in, room was very spacious, got it for great rate. Will definitely be back my next visit to Cleveland.

I had no problems with this hotel until the emergency alarm went off at 2:20am the first night. I don't know which was worse, the very loud alarm with strobe lights or not knowing what the emergency was. No one ever did notify us what was gong on. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a little more pricey than what we're accustomed to paying, but I suppose you get what you pay for. I didn't feel like I had to clean anything before using it like I've had to at other motels. I could walk on the carpet and get into the bed without a second thought. I've stayed at this hotel at least twice a year for the last 3 years. The hotel is beginning to show it's age. The room smelled very musty. It's ok ofr a one night stay

I was in Wadsworth for a reunion. I picked Holiday Inn since it is nationwide and usually very good. The hotel was beautiful! Recently remodeled and very clean. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I got there early and was able to check in and go right to my room. Very comfortable king size bed. Large newly remodeled bathroom. Such a perfect hotel. SO convenient to the Galaxy Restaurant adjacent to the parking lot, where we attended a wedding shower, which was also PERFECT! The staff were so accommodating and went out of their way to accommodate us for early check-in. They gave us a beautiful room, and we were so pleased because we had just driven seven hours from Philadelphia. […] Our room was absolutely what we would have custom ordered. Easy to find and very comfortable. Clean with good beds. For the price this room should have had fridge and microwave. Breakfast was included and was plenty for me anyway. The pool was a huge disappointment. Looks like it belongs in a fish hatchery. If you love to swim when you stay at a hotel...this is not the place for you. You can't swim in it, it's […] that simple. For the quality of this hotel and price of rooms, I am shocked they cut corners on the pool. They should not have even bothered with one. I've never even seen a pool like this one. Comfortable room, good service, relatively decent breakfast. No complaints other than the price - the rate, in my opinion, was a bit pricey for the quality - so I cannot say this was a great "value" - but overall a good experience.
