Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for travel with numerous dinning facilities in the immediate area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The rates were more than competitive for the local area, a good value and a pleasant stay.

Carpet was clean (evidenced by bottom of our feet), but looked worn and ancient. Room was adequate for late night stop over on road trip but nothing more. Smoke smell from when they allowed smoking still lingers in halls and room. Breakfast was prepackaged variety, but coffee was surprisingly good.

Excellent stay. Right at I-10 and next door to Cracker Barrel. Close to fast food, Waffle House and Applebee's. Very clean with Showtime. Mini fridge and microwave, coffee and tea in room a big plus. Hot/cold breakfast included.

Hotel staff greeted us warmly. They were aware of our reservation and checked us in quickly. The room was pretty much what we expected, nothing outstanding, but quite sufficient for the rate charged. The bathroom was a bit small, but nothing we couldn't handle. Only complaint was that our non-smoking room was on a floor with smoking rooms. Being somewhat […] allergic to cigarette smoke, I was awakened several times during the night by the smell of smoke somehow making its way into our room. Great hotel if traveling with a baby. We were traveling with a baby and requested a crib at the time of reservation. At our arrival the hotel already had the crib waiting for us. Also noticed the hotel is pet friendly. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Bed was very hard. Room was large. Bathroom was large. There was hair on the shower wall which was a real negative for me. The clock radio decided to go off at 2 in the morning and I couldn't turn it off so I had to yank the plug out of the wall. The pillows were great. For the price it was ok. People were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was great. We spent 4 nights in a row their while in between houses and I have no complaints. Recommend. Good price for the quality. We need this hotel in Shalimar/FWB, Florida for when I have family in town!

I enjoyed my stay and the location of the hotel is ideal for travlers. My only complaint is the rooms are a bit small. My daughter and I were in town visiting for a few days and we both had large suitcases. We shared a room that had two double beds, but the size of the room made left little room to maneuver around, but we made it work.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The rug in the room was very dirty and felt damp and the people across from me had a dog that barked constantly and it was hard to sleep in or relax.

Room was clean enough, not perfect tho. Great location, wonderful breakfast, AMAZING front desk staff. My room had a loose toilet seat, plumbing fixtures needed some adjustments, and you can hear your neighbors.

The hotel is not new but they were in process of upgrading to flat screen televisions during our stay so it was a little noisey. My husband was not pleased with lack of protein at breakfast. Staff was super nice. Bed was comfy. Bathroom clean.

Located just south of the interstate. Road noise was not heard. Close to Crackerbarrel, Waffle House, Gas Stations, Walmart, etc. We only stayed one night but it was a nice clean room. Would stay again.
