The hotel had been recently renovated which was a good thing, but my room didn't have any hangars and the front desk could not provide any. Also, there was a light bulb out in one of the lamps and I probably could have asked it to be changed but didn't want someone to come in at night to take care of it.

Location, staff was okay. Looked to desk to provide local details of the surrounding area; nothing was available. Most worrisome concern: a really obnoxious stench filled hallway of wing of our assigned room. Without the stench, all else was quite acceptable.

This is a basic hotel, nothing fancy but it is worth the price. When I arrived there was a minor problem with my room and the clerk changed my room with no problem. The great thing about this hotel is that it is near a cornicopia of resturants, stores, gas stations etc. I would stay here again.

Had trouble locating hotel in a strip mall. Room was clean but smelled. Also found burns from cigs in the bedding.

When I checked in, I had to return to the front desk for towels, and some other things. You are provided a coffee maker, but need to ask for new prepackaged coffee daily. There were burn holes in the blankets, which is interesting in a non-smoking hotel. In two locations; one our room, the other the third floor hall, it looked like a hot pan had melted […] the carpet. There are many folks who appear to be living at the Extended Stay permanently. That's the only way I can explain a resident carrying three 25 pound bags of rice on the baggage cart. I HAD BOOKED FOR FOUR NIGHTS BUT AFTER ONE NIGHT I CANCELLED THE LAST THREE NIGHTS AND STAYED AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS FOR A LITTLE BIT MORE MONEY BUT MUCH BETTER ATMOSPHERE AND MORNING BREAKFAST AND HAPPY HOUR SNACKS/DRINKS

If you'd like to stay in a hotel that has convenient pre-burned holes in the bed linens and carpet, and the utmost in room decor - including, but not limited to, non-functioning TV remotes and a plastic grocery bag covering the smoke detector - then this is the hotel for you. There is free wifi for every room. Sometimes it even works! The elevator […] is slower than molasses in January, and we rarely saw any staff members around. They were helpful the one time I spoke to one, though, on check-in. The air conditioners and refrigerators are a mere 2000 decibels, easily soothing your troubled sleep on the concrete-block beds. The toilets appear to modelled after airplane toilets, so keep valuable jewellery, loose papers, and small children away when flushing. But no worries about cigarettes, because if you have a smoking room, there's conveniently an ashtray right in the bathroom for you. You will sweat with more water pressure than the showers have. When they work. Don't bother bringing any exfollient, as the towels will take care of that pesky top three layers of skin for you. If you forget your key, the housekeeping service is more than happy to let you into your room - without the hassle of having to prove that it _is_ your room! Daily housekeeping/refresh must be purchased as stated, but I think it might take away from the ambience. Don't be fooled by the front entrance that looks like it could be a side entrance. Read more
