I stayed here last year, and it has since undergone a HUGE upgrade and remodel. It was exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room exceeded my expectations. Kitchenette is useful and the water filter on the tap is a fantastic bonus.

There are few hotels in this area and this area is very expensive. Yes, the kitchen in the room is white and a bit outdated. So what. It was quiet. The tub held the water. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel reception was very nice and gal so friendly. The room itself was fine but the refrigerator kept us awake all night long. Very noisy. Also the heating system is one of the window types that you can't sleep with it going on. The bed was hard as rock and the pillows were 3 small flat discs that were barely there. My husband and I fought over […] who would get the second one. IF you stay here bring your own pillows! The entry by the back door had spilt coffee and bugs laying on ground and in 3 days it was never wiped up or moved. Also smokers were at the back door and their cigarette debris was there for 3 days! Between the dogs barking in the many rooms around me and the complete lack of comfort, I would of been better off sleeping under a bridge. The room had obvious signs of previous visitors, such as the smell and the dog prints on the wall ABOVE the bed. Nice to know I kept the mattress fleas warm. Coffee maker was non functional, the phone in the room […] was non functional, you'd almost believe that it was intentional so that I could not call the front desk and complain. The "wireless" is so slow that I could of walked to a pay phone, called home, asked them to call a local restaurant for hours and write me a letter with the answer, and it WOULD OF BEEN quicker!! Nice clean room. Laminated wood floor in kitchen and bathroom. Full size refrigerator with kitchen sink, stove and microwave oven. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer in room and small 4-cup coffee pot. Bus stop for lines 21 and 95X right out front.

Except for the location and the neighborhood, there is nothing great about this hotel. They make you ask for everything starting from Shampoo and the soap. It is not really in the league of other Extended hotels I stayed before in NY and NC. If the local management can read this, tighten your belts and do something better.

The hotel is an economy lodging, but it still had a feel of benign neglect about it. The location is convenient, but the hotel itself is bare-bones. It had a small kitchenette, and coffee was supplied one time. We stayed 2 nights, and it was never replaced, nor was the room cleaned. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were thin and worn. The TV […] was small, and the only viewing area was from bed which, due to the size of the pillows, was unsuited for sitting up to watch TV. The hallways were noisy and the carpets both in the room and the hallways were threadbare. Although the hotel can't be held responsible, there was police activity in the parking lot our first night which made us a bit uncomfortable. I've stayed at Extended stays before. The hallway was worn out, the towels had black hairs on them. There was no coffee in the lobby, There was a coffee maker in the room but with only one coffee mug. There just werent any extras, like computer access, workout rooms, they did have a pool but it was extremely cold to use.
