Most hotels delegate people with pets to second rate rooms- this hotel has a whole floor just like the other floors for guests with pets. Nice room, bed and staff. Will return.

Love this hotel, just wish there wasn't a conference going on at the time of our stay. Too much male attitudes, as my wife got hounded by these men in the hot tub! Other than that, the room was clean, the stay was nice, and the view of the mountains was amazing. We will definitely stay if we ever go back towards Denver.

Hotel is charging very high price for internet use in the room. Restaurant does not have healthy food: not all people could eat spicy, peppery food. Quality of food not great and prices high. But you could find many good restaurants not far from the hotel.

We were ther for a concert at the 1ST Bank Center and the shuttle driver was a great guy. The concert got over after the shuttle quite running and a cab was only $13. The woman who went around at 6pm in the resturaunt with Olathe corn was a great treat also. Probably a fine hotel for a business person who has a fat expense account and the company is paying. Because believe me, the company will pay! However, wife and I were looking to upgrade from our usual hotel stays for a nice romantic getaway. Picked the wrong place. I claim some responsibility as I should have done my homework better. But in defense, […] there wasn't a lot of the info I needed for a romantic decision available. Have to say the staff we had contact with at the hotel were the highest quality! My comments here are more suited to the owners. Great room on the 12th floor, unfortunately, noise in the room hard on the ears. (equipment on the 13th floor?) Noise was an air exhaust in the bathroom and an exhaust vent at the end of the hall outside the room. Promptly and graciously moved to the 9th floor. Unfortunately, the noise from the same sources again. Kept the bathroom door closed. Next was the wonderful, heavy, quiet doors. Unfortunately, (that word again!) walls and building not built to hold these doors! Every time a door closed whole room shook. Were also privy to a conversation from adjacent room! (red face here) Next, size of the room, smallest we stayed in a for a while. One chair? Last, amenities. Everything had a price attached. Valet, breakfast, internet in room, Even coffee in the morning. (The fridge in room opened with a key assumed had to rent! Thought it was a safe at first but found that in the closet.) A very nice hotel. The doors to the rooms are noisy when they close so don't expect to sleep in if your neighbors are going in and out of their rooms. The staff was very plesant and the rooms are very comfortable so it is definately a great place to stay!

I always enjoy the luxury of a Westin hotel. We were provided free drink tickets to their newly opened restaraunt. I was a little disappointed in my clogged shower drain, but they offered to come take care of it right away (which wasn't necessary as I was finished with the shower). Overall, a wonderful stay.

The new restaurant has excellent food and service. The menu has a southwestern flavor, but is not Tex- Mex. My only complaint is that there is no quiet place for unwinding and eating or having a glass of wine. With all of the hard surfaces and the attached bar, the noise was headache producing instead of headache relieving.

The only problem we had with the hotel was that they moved us from our first room to a second one during our 6 day stay, because of their over-booking. However, over all, the rooms were beautiful, clean, extremely well-located, with awesome views of the rockies. The food in the restaurant was very affordable and the staff was very eager to help.

Lovely Hotel. Great staff and good location. The rooms are comfy and the bed eas great. The biggest issues were with the restaurant and wifi. We had a late buisiness lunch. The food was fine but the waitstaff wasn't. The Hostess couldn't wait to leave and wanted our orders as she sat us. The waiter was fine. Wifi is Not free, save in the lobby. This Weston was clean and attractive. We ordered a Handicap room, but it only amounted to wide doors. Only one hand-hold in bathroom. They actually charge for wi-fi internet connection. This hotel is rated 4 stars, but I'm not sure where they come from. The tub and sinks in the heavenly bath would not drain. It's not fun to shower with water up to your ankles. The screen on the sink faucet is in need to replacement.... the water sprays everywhere. The heavenly bedding was short-sheeted with the blanket coming only half-way up the bed. […] On the last day of our stay, we were shorted on towels and had to request more late in the evening. To their credit, delivery of additonal towels was very prompt. Unfortunately, one on the heavenly towels was stringy and ready for retirement. The heavenly pillows were flat. Internet cost is not included, which is rare in these days of free Internet. Yes, the views are beautiful, and the lobby is beautiful, but the many amenities listed are not guest comfort amenities. I had to call everyday to get my room cleaned by 4 pm every day and the air conditioner did not work for 2 days and they came and repaired it but left a bunch of dirt and dust on the floor.

Polite, courteous staff. Line-ups at front desk. Good A/C despite 100+ degrees outside. Easy parking up-front for motorcycle. Comfortable beds. Quiet room. Fancy functional shower. Superficially clean room: sticky desk-top, perpetually dirty carpet, maid forgot small towels & wash cloths on second day. Waits for elevator.
